We ordered a refrigerator and had it installed in October 2023. It took a couple times for them to come out and correctly get the ice maker working. In mid-December, we noticed our floor was bowing around our refrigerator. We discovered it was leaking and disconnected the water line. Someone came out at the beginning of January 2024 to inspect the floors so we could file a claim. We were also told that we would be getting a new fridge. We haven’t heard anything since. Zero stars for NFM. They do not tell you when you purchase allegedly waterproof flooring that you get ZERO coverage if you do not use a specific underlayment or have it installed by NFM themselves. They 100% do not stand behind their products and for them to have an A+ out here is laughable. Don’t get me started on Shaw either both of these businesses are crooks!

The claim was denied because the underlayment used for installation was not a Shaw underlayment and was not sold by NFM. I was loving this company until now. I bought a console and a tv six months no interest, I’ve done this before with them I always have pay on time. Bought a couch on 12/30/23 on clearance that was returned for scratches in a cup holder. Couch works fine however I apparently also bought a new guest…bed bugs. Bug bites started showing about 2-3 weeks ago and a few days ago found two bed bugs crawling on it. Pest control came out today and confirmed. The culprit? The couch. I had two scheduled windows to use the freight elevator at a high rise apartment. And Nebreska delivery team didn’t meet any of the windows. Very much an inconvenience. I’ve been sleeping on the floor. The delivery drivers are very rude, unprofessional. Out of 10. I have them a negative 1

They advertise you can enter the Super Bowl contest and guess the score with no purchase, but it asked for an order number off your receipt and it won't let you go any further, so it's a lie ! ripping people off !!

I ordered a Samsung TV on November 8, 2023 to be picked up at the store december 2 2023. When i head out to pick up tv i get a call that order was delayed by manufacturer. New date hows tv to be ready for pick up dec 24 2023. As the date gets closer the date keeps getting pushed one day each day it goes by. New day was set to january 12 2024. I've been a customer of Nebraska Furniture Mart for years. My payments were due on the 19th of the month and I always paid on the 3rd when I got my disability check. I had a limit of around $800 a month, so I called and because of my timely payments, they raised my account up to a $4,000 dollar limit. I had Cancer, and unfortunately I had to file bankruptcy.
