I was loving this company until now. I bought a console and a tv six months no interest, I’ve done this before with them I always have pay on time. My dryer broke so I went to buy one on clearance, the first items where due on November I was making all the payments to pay on time so I don’t have to pay the bearing interest I was trying to see how much was left on my first transaction that way I just need to worry about my second transaction the (dryer) I was NEVER able to see how much I owe on my first transactions,(they mak... read more

Bought a couch on 12/30/23 on clearance that was returned for scratches in a cup holder. Couch works fine however I apparently also bought a new guest…bed bugs. Bug bites started showing about 2-3 weeks ago and a few days ago found two bed bugs crawling on it. Pest control came out today and confirmed. The culprit? The couch. They think they were living dormant in the couch and/or there were unhatched eggs now looking for a feast (which is me). Couches are difficult because of all the nooks and crannies. I had two scheduled windows to use the freight elevator at a high rise apartment. And Nebreska delivery team didn’t meet any of the windows. Very much an inconvenience. I’ve been sleeping on the floor. The delivery drivers are very rude, unprofessional. Out of 10. I have them a negative 1

They advertise you can enter the Super Bowl contest and guess the score with no purchase, but it asked for an order number off your receipt and it won't let you go any further, so it's a lie ! ripping people off !!

I ordered a Samsung TV on November 8, 2023 to be picked up at the store december 2 2023. When i head out to pick up tv i get a call that order was delayed by manufacturer. New date hows tv to be ready for pick up dec 24 2023. As the date gets closer the date keeps getting pushed one day each day it goes by. New day was set to january 12 2024. I've been a customer of Nebraska Furniture Mart for years. My payments were due on the 19th of the month and I always paid on the 3rd when I got my disability check. I had a limit of around $800 a month, so I called and because of my timely payments, they raised my account up to a $4,000 dollar limit. I had Cancer, and unfortunately I had to file bankruptcy. We purchased a refrigerator 6 years ago. It had a one year Kitchenaid warranty and we purchased a 5 year extended warranty on it. 3 months before the warranty expired, the motherboard went out on 1/1/24. We could get an appointment with the warranty repair company until 1/4/24. The tech came out and said he would have to order the motherboard and it would take until 1/10/24 to receive and they could install it on 1/11/11, meaning we are out of a refrigerator for 11 days. No stars. Will never shop with them again. We order whole house of furniture. 3 bedrooms, 2 living areas, and dining room set. We ordered 6/5/23 and they were not going to be able to get it shipped from them until 8/15/23. Most of the items were in stock. We had to hire a moving company to get out furniture which cost $2000. The quality of the furniture is poor. The furniture does not sit like in the store. The recliners we got have shorter seats. What we exchanged was the mattress for the master bedroom.
