My dad came to pick up an order for me and when they saw an id from Mexico they proceeded to treat him like he was a thief and wouldn’t help him anymore. Continued to not answer his question about what the best way to proceed was. I ended up coming here myself to pick up my item and got treated like a thief. Had to “verify” my id when they’ve never done this, even when I’ve purchased items over $1000 never even ask for an id to use my mart card or pick up. Completely outrageous at how racist they are. Bought an extended service plan for my refrigerator in 2019. I thought I was buying a warranty. The refrigerator had an issue with not cooling. I opened a case via Square Trade online and then had to call in to speak with a rep. The CSR had me unplug fridge for 5 min and plug back in-this didnt work. The CSR's next resolution was to have me remove all items from the fridge and unplug it for 24 hours, based on what he researched on the Internet. I bought a couch and loveseat in March 2023 and by February the springs in the couch broke.( no children in the house) NFM sent someone to come by and look at them and we have been waiting for the new springs to come in. We are now in December with no results. Every time I call NFM they tell me it will be 4 to 6 weeks for the springs to come in. I paid a lot of money for couches that we can’t use. We have family

We had a new bed delivered that we purchased about 6 weeks ago. We showed the salesman the pic of a tag on one we found previously. He told us that they can no longer get that style and showed us to another one and told us this is the same one. I had back surgery 4 years ago and now after 6 weeks I have a matress we can't sleep on without a back ache. We were told we were being given 1 matress trade within 120 days at a $69 restocking fee. Purchased a cannon camera. Photos in fully automatic mode were blurry in low lighting. I returned the camera within a few days in original packaging/receipt. The clerk had it inspected & claimed they had taken pictures & the images were in focus, so I would need to pay a restocking fee. I advised her that was impossible given that there was no SD card in the camera so it would take photos, but you would not be able to view them afterwards to see if they're in focus or not. I purchased a pair of 2 chairs on their website. The delivery was late to arrive. I got the chairs finally took them out of the box and put them together to see that they are very poor quality. I called Nebraska Furniture Mart to return the chairs and was told since they were from the Manufacturer and I opened the box I can’t return for a refund. DO NOT GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY ON ANY PRODUCT FROM NFM. You will be waiting for over a year before the claim gets satisfied. Had a stain on my sectional. opened a claim that I paid $400 for and have been waiting over 6 months and they offered a couch cover to me instead of fixing it. THE WORST PART IS NFM DOESN'T WANT TO DEAL WITH ME OR THE CLAIM.

I purchased 2 loveseats in mid Oct. I was told one was in and the other would be available in by Dec 1, 2023. After watching the NFM website for updates I noticed that the loveseat that was in stock was no longer available. As it turns out through their chat site, it was confirmed to me that our leather loveseat that was in stock was given to another customer because our other loveseat wasn't available yet. Don’t buy Dyson products from NFM! After 30 days they advise go direct to Dyson, INSTEAD of using their purchasing power and expertise to help a customer with failed, still under factory warranty, product. Tried contacting Dyson direct with 43 minutes wait time, online form did not allow enough spaces for SN and another form did not provide dropdown reason for request. Either wait 45 minutes OR do not buy Dyson Outsize vacuum direct or from NFM. Should not need to buy extended warranties to get NFM to support their customers... read more
