DO NOT GET THE EXTENDED WARRANTY ON ANY PRODUCT FROM NFM. You will be waiting for over a year before the claim gets satisfied. Had a stain on my sectional. opened a claim that I paid $400 for and have been waiting over 6 months and they offered a couch cover to me instead of fixing it. THE WORST PART IS NFM DOESN'T WANT TO DEAL WITH ME OR THE CLAIM.

Your sectional was delivered 02/24/23 and we received a call from you on 6/29/23 to report an accidental stain and needing Square Trade's contact information. We received a request for a part order from Square Trade that was entered 8/8/2023. I purchased 2 loveseats in mid Oct. I was told one was in and the other would be available in by Dec 1, 2023. After watching the NFM website for updates I noticed that the loveseat that was in stock was no longer available. As it turns out through their chat site, it was confirmed to me that our leather loveseat that was in stock was given to another customer because our other loveseat wasn't available yet. Don’t buy Dyson products from NFM! After 30 days they advise go direct to Dyson, INSTEAD of using their purchasing power and expertise to help a customer with failed, still under factory warranty, product. Tried contacting Dyson direct with 43 minutes wait time, online form did not allow enough spaces for SN and another form did not provide dropdown reason for request. Either wait 45 minutes OR do not buy Dyson Outsize vacuum direct or from NFM. Should not need to buy extended warranties to get NFM to support their customers... read more

We do see you called 81 days after you picked up your order and we offered to conference call with Dyson on your behalf until we had a Dyson agent on the line and then connect your call, but you declined that offer. Terrible Company, They cannot guarantee delivery within 30 days after you have paid for your furniture? Then why take someone's money and lie? Wanna know what they offer while they are making interest off your money? Not an extended warranty, not A discount , if you spend thousands of dollars, they offer free delivery! But they don't understand if you haven't received your furniture after 3 weeks ,what is free delivery? Do not shop here !! Whis I could give it a lower rating ?? ?? ?? ??

We will be seeking legal counsel. We purchased lament flooring that was defective. We disputed with Nebraska Furniture Mart. They sent a so called flooring specialist to our home and we were told it was installer error. The flooring was falling apart. We had a flooring specialist come to the home to verify our suspicions of defective flooring. We took photos as well. Be ware when looking at flooring with NFM. We will fight this to the end. I recently purchased a Mid-tower gaming PC from NFM. The salesman that I worked with was very knowledgeable and relatable. He answered all my questions and made sure I went home with the right computer. I was skeptical at first, buying over building, but I am beyond satisfied with my purchase and it is an awesome PC. I can play all my favorite games on high settings and get great frames. i7 mixed with an RTX 4060 is quite powerful and I'm ready to see what it can do!

On Friday, October 13th, we purchased online a GE Profile front-loader WD that was running a promotion to buy a riser/pedestal and get one free from GE with a Visa gift card. We went into the store the following day, and sure enough, NFM had the flyer for the promotion displayed as well. Our salesman also confirmed that this was indeed the case for the promotion. Hello,<br /> That is disappointing your rebate was not accepted by GE. I called GE and spoke with a Rebate center representative. I confirmed the model numbers of washer, dryer and pedestals that was purchased are eligible and explained that your claim had been denied. The GE rep did some research and explained to me that there is a current issue with their website that is not allowing customers to select our Nebraska, Kansas or Texas locations.
