Horrible company. I bought a microwave that started to arc and had the numbers starting to wear off of the keypad. I returned it, received a refund and two months or more later got a disturbing phone call I wasn’t even sure was real. Stating that they believe the microwave they received wasn’t the microwave returned stating it was a later model from 2017. I am sorry the piece number matched a purchase made back in 2017 and not the microwave brought in to return. In order to do the even exchange or return it would need to be the correct item that comes back. I am sorry for any inconvenience. Can you please provide a picture of the tag that shows the model and serial number of the defective unit? Please also provide an overall view of the defective microwave. On 05/30/23 I purchased a dishwasher. I was assured I was going to receive the appliance 6/6/23. I altered my schedule to accommodate delivery. If you read the delivery / service details the time frame is from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. so I made myself available all day. The process indicated I was going to receive a call the night before by 8 p.m. for a 3 hrs. window. All that sounds reasonable. It did not happen. The customer service team, Trey H. and his manager Isabelle, have not provided adequate customer service to address defective product received. I purchased a sectional couch with the extended warranty in 2019. I utilized the extended warranty through Guardsman in November 2022. The replacement furniture that I received is now defective less than 6 months after receiving it as the couch cushion has come directly away from the frame and the console does not connect properly. The customer service team did not provide any suppor... read more
