i filed a claim with Square Trade on February 2 of this year to have my refrigerator repaired. I received a claim# on February 3. They scheduled an appointment on Feb 10 and no showed,. Called back and rescheduled for the 17. They again no showed. I then got call this past Wednesday and was told they would be out here Friday at 0830. but then they sent me email saying the appt was on Thursday, called back and then they changed it to 1100 on friday. i called back and said i cannot be at the house at that time . I was harassed by the “credit security” department for having a different address than what was listed on my credit card. The guy called me and aggressively accused me of not knowing who my husband was since I paid with his card and used my email address. We just moved and needed furniture, you’d think this was normal for a furniture company to service people who just moved and not to mention, husbands who pay but don’t want to handle the communication side of the purchase. We spent over $18k for floor installation. Before the installation, we talked to them multiple times not to install any molding around our brand new waterfall quartz edge in Kitchen and they agreed on that. However, their floor installer still went ahead and added quarterround molding around our Waterfall quartz edge and screwed up our vision and plan. We invested so much money for our new construction kitchen since it is the center of the whole house so we got extremely upset. We talked to their customer service and they sa... read more

I will never use this company again. I have been with them for many years but after the last service which took over 4 months to complete and all got returned I am done. Also contacting ****** about the terrible delivery service they have with NFM and filing a complaint with the BBB about ridiculous procedures they do not aware customers of.
