Purchased a dining room table and chairs in January 2022. Sales person said table would take about a month to get but had chairs in stock. So, I had chairs delivered 2 of which were damage as person who assembled cut the fabric. Called and they will replace at no cost to me. so that is good. but not the chairs along with the table are backed ordered. She doesn't have a lot of money so we thought we could find a good quality fridge from the scratch and dent area. We were able to find one with a quarter size ding in the door. Nebraska Furniture Mart is the worst and they have literally made me regret purchasing ANYTHING from them. I had noticed about about 2 months ago that my King size mattress had a tear/whole at the bottom so I called my insurance to file a claim. Upon reaching out to ********* and given the run around on how they did not see my mattress being covered under the warranty/insurance, I ended up calling NFM to figure out why my mattress was not insured when I knew for sure that I had insurance on all my furniture. The manufacturer does have certain stipulations that are required in order for a claim to be processed, and one of them is it cannot have any discoloration.
