Never buy appliances from NFM - just don't. I bought a refrigerator from them two years ago and their lack of handling with their extended warranty is the worst. It was their handling of a washer/dryer purchase that is the subject of this complaint. I bought a W/D from them 5/26/2021 with an expected delivery date of 7/3/2021. The date has moved out several times as far out as Dec 2022. Last week they contacted me and said that they had arrived early and were delivering it on Saturday 12/18/2021. Bought furniture here in May and the furniture is just cheap. I bought a table and chairs and the legs and cross bars on the chairs fall off everytime you move the chairs but to put super glue on them. Also got a couch and loveseat and the couch was missing an leg to where I called after it was unpacked and gave me the run around about it needless to say couch still has no leg and under the cushion the fabric is already pulling away from the arm and mind you even got the insurance on it and now they are fighting with me to r... read more

I bought a refrigerator in the beginning of August and it was delivered within a week. Once the refrigerator was plugged in I left the house for a couple of hours and came back and it was making a very loud noise. So much so I had to unplug it. I went to NFM the next day so that I could get it replaced. They never replaced the refrigerator. It sat in my home till Thanksgiving week and finally I decided to look elsewhere. I purchased a new ** washer. Upon first load of laundry, I realized the machine was damaged and leaked water in my hallway, two bedrooms, and through the ceiling in my basement causing $8,900 worth of damages. They were quick to fix the machine but I have called every day for 2 weeks straight and left messages every time but they refuse to call back.

NFM does not care about their customers the sales people have no idea what they are talking about and they promise things that do not exist! I have ordered through NFM for years ************************** My parents ordered a bed with adjustable base and the delivery guys damaged a bunch of things on their walls. You guys don't hold up to your Warrantees. I shouldn't have to go threw a third parties to get what i want when i paid for it and paid for a warrantee. You guys are serious garbage at putting information out and then falsely advertising your deals. I will never again buy a warranted. *********

I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD! So I left a review a few months ago which is attached below... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I've been dealing with this headache since JUNE! Problem AFTER PROBLEM! Please READ! In addition to that complaint, when my bed was originally installed my bed rail and headboard was damaged. We were supposed to have a service call yesterday 10-27-21. My time was wasted due to a no call or show of the technician. NFM I understand that you farm out your service calls. Its easier that way. It shifts the blame off of you. What I don't understand is how frustrating it is to get ahold of someone to find out why. We have been rescheduled without anyone talking to us. I have to take off work and burn a vacation day just to be at my house to wait all day for a service technician to show up (hopefully they will) when if t... read more

I ordered a sofa on January 2nd, 2021. I was told the lead time was 4 months and to expect delivery in April 2021. The delivery date was pushed back to June, then July, then September....As of October 22, 2021, I have still not received it. I am now being told that the date has been pushed back to mid-November.
