On 3/3/2021 I purchased two Natuzzi leather reclining couches (2 & 3 seaters) from NFM. They arrived severely damaged. To date, I've received replacements 5 replacements for a total of 7 couch deliveries. After all of that, only 1 out of the seven deliveries were undamaged (a 2-seater). Across all deliveries, the damage has almost always occurred during delivery. We visited the store on 4/10/21 and purchase 3 barstools, a king mattress and the mattress cover. The salesperson did not disclose to us that the mattress was out of stock. The week that our furniture was to be delivered we received a call advising us then that the mattress is out of stock and we were given a different delivery date. We called our Accounting department who was able to do that but there was no hold placed on the credit. Poor inventory management and dishonest customer service. I have multiple purchases with them and none of them got delivered without issue. First, I purchased a bed. The delivery was delayed for 2 weeks. Then, the bed got delivered but missing parts so it could not be assembled. They do not have any replacement in stock so I have to wait 2 months to get the parts. From now til then, I will have to sleep on the floor watching parts of the bed sitting everywhere in my bedroom. I am sorry for any disappointment and understand it is quite frustrating. The estimated arrival dates are provided by the manufacture and based on their stock availability to ship and transportation. With the Covid 19 situation and with many manufactures having to close or work with limited staff and/or hours it has caused delays throughout the supply chain. For a company that has a motto of, "Sell cheap and tell the truth", I am extremely disappointed in the lack of transparency in the 0% promotional balance that NFM offers. I have always paid more than my minimum amount due calculated on my monthly bill and today I checked my statement to see that I was charged $2,306.19 of interest on a $552.84 remaining balance. I had moved out of state and concluded my business with them before I moved, so I didn't need to update them on my information of where I was moving too. Some how they managed to get my new information of my address and started sending me information. Unfortunately for NFM that is a gigantic violation of the California privacy act.

I am sorry for this frustration. The only way NFM would be able to update a customers information on an account is if the primary account holder (or if joint account the secondary person) called in to change the information or if they made the changes to their online profile themselves on the website. NFM would not have any way of knowing if a customer moved and what their new address would unless we were notified. I am showing the account is closed.

On 3/4 we ordered a queen size bed and frame for one of our children's rooms for delivery on 3/9. Delivery showed up ahead of schedule but within 20 minutes of having all the pieces in our child's room, the delivery team informed us they did not have the appropriate hardware to assemble the bed, told us the recovery team would call to sort it out. Please do not buy from here. They need to be charged with theft of service. Took 4k from me back in October and still have not delivered fridge. Don't let them use COVID as an excuse many other appliance providers are getting the appliances within 30 days. Use them for over 4 years and large amount of purchases but will never buy again

Horrible Experience!. Do not purchase anything from NFM. I ordered a refrigerator back in October 2020 and never heard from NFM as to the status until January 26,2021. All we get is a oops, so sorry. Go to ****** do buy appliance and skip the FART.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Knowledge and very helpful salesman, Alec Miller helped us find the perfect area rug to compliment our living area. Delivered by Chom and Todd who called 10 minutes prior to delivery and even brought it into our home for us. I highly recommend Nebraska Furniture Market in The Colony, Texas.
