I had just recently bought a bedroom set and living room couch from Nebraska and could not brag enough about their customer service at the actual store as well as the quality and price of the furniture I got. This was my first purchase with Nebraska and I was really excited about the products I had gotten from there. My customer service agent, Frankie, was a huge help with my selection offering more deals and a great warranty price. Went to NFM to purchase several items for our new home. Ended up getting several rugs, desk, chair, & *********** Bed. The sales reps kept telling me how they will deliver everything in 1 trip for only $150 to Aledo. The delivery team arrived on-time, however they proceeded to load up the mattress on a dolly which ended up in the mud. The men were about to roll that dirty dolly through my home on the hardwood floors. I had to stop them and tell them that dolly was not to be rolled on my floors as it WILL damage it. Made a claim through ********* for some scratches on my sofa. They said they would send me replacement covers. NFM Gave me a credit instead so I picked out new sofa for the amount of credit. Now Im being charged over $500 for the sofa for reasons I cannot understand. Was on phone 3 separate occasions trying to get rectified and was told 3 different things. Will not pay balance and will hurt my credit but will not concede to this obvious error on NFMs part.

Never shop here again. Bought a ******* refrigerator in February. Quit working and food not cold. Called NFM they said call *******. Called ******* they set up appt to look at it on May 26... 2 weeks away. Called NFM back to ask what we should do in the meantime about our $300 in frozen meat. Was offended by being offered beer coolers to use until fixed. Closing account and will never shop there again.

This Nebraska Furniture Mart is built on mistrust, misrepresentation and creating varying rules and regulations for refunds or returns along with the display of inaccurate information on their website. I Highly recommend that the reader of this review to stay away from Nebraska Furniture Mart as they are very slow to respond very slow to ship and finally when they you receive the goods they're either damaged or the wrong size.
