You guys don't hold up to your Warrantees. I shouldn't have to go threw a third parties to get what i want when i paid for it and paid for a warrantee. You guys are serious garbage at putting information out and then falsely advertising your deals. I will never again buy a warranted. *********

I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD! So I left a review a few months ago which is attached below... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I've been dealing with this headache since JUNE! Problem AFTER PROBLEM! Please READ! In addition to that complaint, when my bed was originally installed my bed rail and headboard was damaged. The SAME people who installed and damaged my bed were the ones who came to fix it -_-. We were supposed to have a service call yesterday 10-27-21. My time was wasted due to a no call or show of the technician. NFM I understand that you farm out your service calls. Its easier that way. It shifts the blame off of you. What I don't understand is how frustrating it is to get ahold of someone to find out why. We have been rescheduled without anyone talking to us. I have to take off work and burn a vacation day just to be at my house to wait all day for a service technician to show up (hopefully they will) when if t... read more

I ordered a sofa on January 2nd, 2021. I was told the lead time was 4 months and to expect delivery in April 2021. The delivery date was pushed back to June, then July, then September....As of October 22, 2021, I have still not received it. I am now being told that the date has been pushed back to mid-November. I have called over 10 times only to be told they have no information other than the order is processing. It was recommended that I contact my sales person. I have done so. No return calls. On 3 occasions, I have reque... read more

I would not buy any product from NFM because they do not support the products they sale. I bought a ***** mattress with a ten year warranty from NFM. In less than one year the center of the mattress sinks in the middle, which they agree it sinks, but not 1.5". So they and ***** are not backing their products. I weigh 180 and wife weighs 105. So weight is not the issue.
