First, I had wanted to send my complaint directly to the store's manager or a general manager but after asking different people multiple times the information was initially withheld and after being persistent the bests I could get was a customer service manager and the generic NFM email address. But since my issue is largely with the customer service management I didn't feel confident that it would be taken seriously. They use subpar communication and are unwilling to work with customer to fix issues or provide fair options. Payment center is handled by a third party so it doesn't include crucial information customers should be made aware on time, like when a promotion is about to expire and interest will be charged. Instead it is buried in the statement among a bunch of text. They also only show a total amount due in both the online payment center and billing statements which makes customers unclear what balance, or purchase, they're pay... read more

I purchased a couch set on May 16th, and they pushed some interest free promo for a year, and told me to use the NFM credit card. I wanted to pay it off & didn't want to establish another line of credit, but we tried it. The couch is delivered about a couple of weeks later and they dropped it off outside in front of the house instead of inside due to Covid-19. NFM tricked us into buying a warranty that they claimed covered everything for fabric, but when tried to make claim turns out it didn't. We have had couch less than a year and seams unraveling and warranty nor NFM will fix it. I feel frauded by NFM because they conceived ya to buy a warranty under false statements. They lied to us and now we have a couch less than a year old unraveling. Do not buy the warranties they are a fraud. Be careful buying from here

The ********* fabric plan covers accidental damage including stains, punctures, etc. Seam separation is considered a manufacturer defect and since you purchased a clearance/floor model set, the piece does not have a manufacturer warranty. I ordered a complete set of kitchen appliances through Nebraska Furniture Mart on February 10. For the most part, the appliances were delivered and installed with no issues. If it would have ended there, I would have been satisfied. It has been over three months and the refrigerator that I ordered has yet to be delivered and there is no hope in sight. I ordered a ceiling fan through NFM on April 22. It was supposed to ship the week of April 27 but did not. I got a notice that it shipped on May 7th and I would receive it May 11 but I didn't. I checked the ***** shipping information and it says the label was created but it doesn't appear that it actually shipped. I called NFM customer care and was told this was shipping directly from the Hunter Fan warehouse. Terrible...waiting in pickup line for hour and a half only to be told I have to wait another hour in the garage. Then told I have to go inside to get order because order only showed the warranty not the product. I will not recommend this place to others until they get their crap together!

I purchased a refrigerator on April 24th, set to be delivered May 6th... waited all day may 6th, no calls etc, then receive a call asking hours before delivery saying that the refrigerator purchased is discontinued... soon why were we able to purchase it almost 2 weeks prior and not receive a call until shortly before the time we were expecting the fridge? i want to buy their products and the idiotic website does not inform you that they have a limit of 300 miles from a store until you research it on the bottom of a FAQ page. It could mention it on the home page, or when you add it to your cart, or when it asks for the shipping address and then verifies it, or when it asks for the billing address, or at very least before adding phone number email and all credit card info to be told at the submit order screen... oh we dont ship to your state.
