We purchased **** riding mower via phone with salesperson; it was delivered 4/24. It did not work. NFM sent 2 of their employees to show us how the mower work, it still did not work. NFM said because it has gas in it, they can't return/replace and we have to go to manufacturer. Went to manufacturer and they said NFM is responsible because it was delivered unworkable. We are stuck with an expensive mower that doesn't work. Because we purchased the extended warranty, we are going that route to try to get resolution. I will nev... read more

Hi Leonard. We're very sorry to hear that the lawn mower isn't working. Due to OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations, NFM cannot take back any item that has had gasoline or oil in it because we are not set up to handle those materials. It appears a customer service rep has been working with Toro and a local service company to get the lawn mower fixed. Please reach out to us if we can help with anything else.

I ordered a desk on the 18th that was meant to be delivered on the 25th. I had no notice that it was *** who would deliver and there was NO details in the email on delivery. I called on the 24th to find out when it would be delivered and if we are still on track only to be told some "oh I dont think it went to ***" and only then the next day (the day it was meant to be delivered) did i get notification that the order was created for *** to come pick up. NFM sends emails every day, but if you click the unsubscribe link to try to stop that endless spam, the update button doesn't work. Isn't that illegal to not have a working method to unsubscribe?

If I could give no stars, I would. I have tried for 2 years now to pay off the cc I have with nfm. No one has reached out to me - phone, email, mail - I've reached out to them each time. In may of 2018 I made a huge payment on my card and they closed it. After that, silence. The last I talked to someone there they told me to talk to the law office handling my pay off. If I could give them 0 stars I would service after install is very bad I bought ********* refrigerator from them 5 months ago and still does not make ice they have been out more than a hand full of times and still keep changing out parts with the crisis with covid 19 and my best sorse of water is not dispensing I am going to talk to the sales guy about getting a new one that is the last time I will contact Nebraska I am very disappointed service after install is very bad please someone read this if I can get some help would ... read more

Do not purchase the protection plan! IT IS A SCAM!! They tell you everything is protected up to 5 years. We submitted our claim in the first year and they denied it because they said the damage happened not within 30 days. My wife wasn't sure of the exact date and just through a date within the last few weeks. They claim they send you info via snail mail that tells about the fine print. Basically they have a way around everything. Do not purchase the protection plan.

I purchased over $6500 in carpet and vinyl flooring. When I discovered there was a closet that was missed I called customer service. I spoke with Gabby (who also consulted with her manager Cam) and said I would need to pay a trip charge of $65 to have carpet put in that closet. She said the the person who came out to measure did not include that closet. I don't understand why this is my fault. We purchased a complete bed set from NFM fourteen months ago. We filed a warranty claim with NFM five months ago on a defective mattress from **********. Our initial claim was denied due to the way the impressions were measured by the tech who came to our house. We contacted ********** directly through social media and was assured that they would resolve the issue. NEBRASKA FURNITURE MART AND THEIR WARRANTY COMPANY ********* ARE ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE COMPANIES TO WORK WITH. Three months I have been battling to get a new chair.
