We wonder why it takes 5 weeks to get a washer fixed when we have a warranty with the mart! Service man has been out 4 times, each time a new part is needed to be ordered, and it takes 7-10 days for each part to get here! How many families can go 5 weeks without doing laundry!! Is it because we have a warranty, and no money will be collected, that we are getting the "run-a-round"! VERY FRUSTRATING!! Will probably not be buying any more warranties.......
Horrible customer service. They wanted to charge me 10% restocking fee for a dining table, that i refused to take it since they damaged the table top while loading into my truck. They wanted me to pay for a damage they made. They weren't that lucky in getting the 10% restocking fee from me. Idiots
