Nfm is the worst. They never told me that the desk I ordered was coming from China. They have me a delivery date of August 14th. Of course it is not here maybe the 26th. They don't care since they are the only furniture store and they know it. Customer service is not in their vocabulary.

Does not stand behind warranties they sell. They sell it to you take your money and then leave you standing in the cold. Have a washing machine broken for a month and the warranty NFM uses cannot order right parts schedule you for repair in a 4 hour window you take off from work and they call and cancel you reschedule you 4 days later and hang up on you. Don't buy a warranty from them waste of money go buy from********* or someone else they all price match and stand behind there warranties like********* and others.

The sales guy Cade was asked to put a sold sign on a table for us and didn't. We came back to get the table and they sold it to someone else and said there was nothing they could do about it, because their sales guy forgot. The manager Emily was zero help. Bad customer service

Worst company ever- I will never shop there again. Bought a bed there about 45 days ago and haven't been able to sleep well on it. My back has just killed me and my wife and I decided to exchange it. No worries because our salesman told us if we weren't satisfied we had 90 days to return it, and because of that we spent 5k that day. So my wife calls a few days ago only to be told you can return it but there is a $170 restocking fee and it's $190 to have someone pick it up. Terrible customer service even at supervisory level. 3rd oven/gas range purchased from NFM. The first was purchased 2013 was told by the salesperson that it would last for years and worth upgrading to the convection oven option, $1200 down the drain when this oven stopped working. 2016 purchased second oven/gas range from NFM upon delivery was told additional install charge would be added, regardless that salesperson said there would be no install charge $600 down the drain when this oven had stopped working also. 2019 3rd a... read more

We have waited 10 weeks so far to get our refrigerator fixed. NFM sells the extended warranty, but takes no responsibility for the 3rd party that administers the warranty. I have contacted the warranty company at least 15 times, and the service people have been out 5 times to fix it but it still doesn't work. I have contacted NFM customer service 4 times, and they say they can't do anything and don't seem to care about the issue. They could really careless that I was their customer. We will never buy an appliance there again... read more

Their chat option is sporadic. Deaf, hearing impaired and hard of hearing need to be able to chat or text rather than have to wait for two days for an answer as to whether they are delivering the delivery you pay $90.00 to have delivered today, today.

Horrible!!!!!! Bought plenty of "pricey" items for NBFM and nothing has ever been right!!! Definitely won't be back. 1. Bought a Washer and Dryer from them free delivery in a "week" took 3 months while I had to spend money and time going back and fourth to the laundry Mat daily... NBFM didn't care!!! 2. Bought a bedroom set that we decided to pick up ourselves since delivery was so terrible got home went to unload and noticed the dresser was White with glitter or whatever on it when the bedroom set was and nice Matching brow... read more

I am giving NFM 1 stars on the BBB website (lowest star rating possible) due to four significant issues with my order - systemic issues in the corporation, which were also made with other customer orders: 1. NFM failed to order my couch at date of purchase and mislead me that NFM ordered my couch for two months when it had not been ordered; 2.
