Mid July I went into the NFM in Dallas and purchased one of the few couches that they had in stock at the warehouse and would not have to order. I was not moving until the end of August so I requested for the couch to be held there and I would pick up at the end of the Month. Now 8 days before I move I receive an email stating that there was a delay in my order, now how would their be a delay if I purchased a couch that was in stock and should have never even left the store? The fact that in this day and age they refuse to take debit card payments anywhere but in the store is stupid. Especally when you get a call about a past due amount and are told u can only to sit on hold for 30+min to be told u cant. Also when you are buying a table from them and you go to pick it up only to be told they broke a leg and do u want to take it as is since your already here and still pay normal price..

Takes too long to get parts for repair. Legs ordered for chair months ago the wood legs are Grinding down sawdust on my rug from chair. They say it's a special order. They sale you a warranty and the warranty doesn't cover what you think it covers. Purchased a large shag rug from them the warranty doesn't cover the fibers coming out or the flatting of the pile. Wait time to talk to a representative is greater than 20 minutes.

NFM orders the parts from the manufacture and depending if they have the parts in the warehouse or not it can take an average of 8 weeks to arrive to your. THis company is a complete scam. they installed carpet at a low quality and installed something i did not purchase. They are not resolving this and not taking responsibility.

I ordered an "in stock" sofa on May 21, 2020, and was promised delivery of that sofa on June 5, 2020. My card was charged the day I ordered the item. It is now August 3, 2020. The sofa has never arrived. I have called NFM dozens of times and am left on indefinite hold. I have emailed repeatedly to your "Omahaorderinfo" email address and never receive a response. No one ever calls to give me ANY type of an update on the order. This is a horrible way to do business. Delays happen. I understand that. But given that you have my ... read more

Have been lied to multiple times by service and staff on when our items will show up. We have already paid for these things months ago and still have not received them.

The estimated arrival dates are provided by the manufacture and based on their stock availability to ship and transportation. ******************************* with many manufactures having to close or work with limited staff and hours it has caused delays down the supply chain including getting replenishment stock to our warehouse. If I could give it 0 Stars I would. I had purchased a new couch and loveseat in February and while vacuuming in July I found a tear in the seat. Nfm was unwilling to help in any way even tho I still have a factory warranty on the product.

The manufactures warranty only covers issues caused from the manufacturing process. Accidental rips and tears would have been covered by the extended warranty which was declined. Horrible customer service, bought gaming headsets from here didn't like them. Go to return them and they won't accept them due to a number not matching the outer display cover not the actual box. It's $400 headset I'm and now displeased and stuck with. Never buying anything from nfm again.
