Nebraska Furniture Mart officially lost my business today! I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars in this store and I have been treated like I don't matter at all. It's really easy to find someone in the store to sell you things, but when there's an issue expect to have a 30 minute wait on the phone and you will never find anyone with a spine or the authority to take care of you. I am sorry for any disappointment and understand it is quite frustrating. The estimated arrival dates are provided by the manufacture and based on their stock availability to ship and transportation. With the Covid 19 situation and with many manufactures having to close or work with limited staff and/or hours it has caused delays throughout the supply chain. Recent customer kansas city ks location they do not sanitize/clean after customer i watch transaction for about 45 minutes no one came around to clean anything one protective lane why isn't all the lanes protective during covid 19? Hello Chris. NFM is following current CDC and local state government guidelines. We have installed plexiglass and hand sanitizing stations, have increased our cleaning and sanitation measures, practice social distancing, and implemented a mandatory mask policy. Was just notified by NFM that the sectional we purchased at the end of September and was supposed to be delivered mid-Oct, has been delayed a third time. This time an additional 10 days. NMF is hiding behind their position of "it's the vendors fault, not ours". This is a cop-out response so they can avoid taking responsibility for the delivery dates promised by their sales people. They cheated us on our warranty for our couch and told us it wasn't their problem. The manager was terrible...her name was Alexandria. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Would not recommend ever doing business with Nebraska furniture mart.

My husband and I purchased our first home. We first purchased our bed from the mart on July 5th because they were having a big sale.. whatever. The sales man told us our bed would be available on August 14th for pick up. Was it ready?..NO!!! It was two weeks late. We were moving into out new home with out a bed. My first experience with Nebraska Furniture will most likely be my last. We bought a new home that we were basically furnishing from scratch. We spent over 6 hours shopping for everything from appliances to bedroom to living room furniture. About $8k later, we had completed about a third of list but we were exhausted and ready to go. Spent all day shopping online put zip code in for availability , said my area was ok ! Got all the way through check out and it said not available in my state . Talked with chat help .. they gave me a number to call I spoke with Tyler , have him the 5 items I wanted he spoke with his manager Tony and he said no they couldn't send them to me. And again I said right on my screen it is showing my zip code and my city all items are available !! This is false advertising ! NOT HAPPY!

We purchased a sofa and love seat about a month ago. We were told the furniture would be delivered on 08/27 which we were okay with. We told them up front that we needed an AM delivery. On 08/26 we received a call stating that we had an afternoon delivery scheduled for the next day. We called and told them that it had to be morning. They said that they only came to our City on Tuesdays and Thursdays but could set it up for September 1st for a morning delivery. Time frame requests can be even more difficult to accommodate with out of town routes. I ordered a table back in early June. Was told it would be delivered on the 28th of July, then I got a call saying it would be delivered on the 8th of August, on the 8th I look at the tracking to find out what the time frame for delivery would be and it said it would be delivered on 22nd if August. So once again I waited and then I received a call saying it would be delivered on the 22nd of August and once again I received a call saying no now it'll be delivered on the 30th of August.
