We are very happy with the prices and installations of our quartz countertops in our 2 houses. NFM had good prices and we both chose Arctic White quartz. They also had an inventory of remnants and I chose to have 3 of my bath vanities made with a certain quartz remnant (and saved $$ by doing it). We had many questions -- it's a big purchase -- and had to learn about edge profiles, sinks, faucets, etc. We chose the *** undercounter sinks (from NFM) and they are as good as ******, etc. and at a much lower price. First off, bait and switch. Website said the desk we wanted was available at the Dallas store. Well, it wasn't. We needed a desk suite badly and understand their supply constraints so we worked with a sales guy and found a replacement. Bought a $4000 set that we were told would be in early Feb (a month or so away). Another lie. Email today said it might be in by May. 5 months after we visited. Spoke with customer service and they really have no idea when it will get here. Sarcastically asked if it might be in by August and h... read more

They don't address their mistakes and the lack of customer service. Their agents do nothing to check on your orders and when you ask them a simple question they deflect When you ask them if they understand simple English they tell you you will just have to wait on your order. And iupper management allows this. Apparently they can treat a customer like shit but you can't call their customer service agents ignorant because they close your account. They have zero accountability on when they tell you you'll recieve your product.... read more

BUYER BEWARE - Careful when buying your furniture and taking delivery. They have great looking furniture that cost thousands BUT make sure when you take delivery that everything is in brand new shape and not covered up. We received a chair repaired with a staple and it has been more than 2 months with no repair or replacement. I even have an extended warranty they sold, but am on the mercy of the manufacturer for this first year. I personally am burned buying from this store.

Never buy appliances from NFM - just don't. I bought a refrigerator from them two years ago and their lack of handling with their extended warranty is the worst. It was their handling of a washer/dryer purchase that is the subject of this complaint. I bought a W/D from them 5/26/2021 with an expected delivery date of 7/3/2021. The date has moved out several times as far out as Dec 2022. Last week they contacted me and said that they had arrived early and were delivering it on Saturday 12/18/2021.
