I would not buy any product from NFM because they do not support the products they sale. I bought a ***** mattress with a ten year warranty from NFM. In less than one year the center of the mattress sinks in the middle, which they agree it sinks, but not 1.5". So they and ***** are not backing their products. I weigh 180 and wife weighs 105. So weight is not the issue.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Nebraska Furniture Mart has constantly lied about the availability of appliances and is very quick to make a sale and take your money. We ordered a fridge In November of 2020 and was told it would arrive by the time our house was finished being built in April of 2021 and would be ready way before then. After delays and fast forward to August of 2021 I called a week before delivery was to take place and am told that the fridge has been discontinued and I will not receive it. Nebraska Furniture Mart has no ability to provide the appliances they are selling. We ordered in July three appliances. We were told the brand ***** does not have delays and now they do not know if they will get our items until January. They are misleading and say they are no delays and then they cannot provide the product. Also, there is no correspondence. You have to hunt down your sales person until he finally calls you back.

2 delivery guys from Nebraska furniture mart hod to take the doors off the fridge to get it through the 1st door through the 2nd door it wouldn't fit wouldn't fit and they just picked up their tools and left they didn't even tell us they were leaving they just snuck off so me and my wife had to take 4 more parts off and get it through ourselves and my wife got it back together and they took the screws to the doors with them and customer service called them and they lied and said they left it by the toolbox on the table but t... read more

Buyer beware do not do business with this company. I purchased a mattress/box springs set and first off, the box springs was about 4 inches thick. I have books thicker. It swayed in the middle, how is that supposed to support anything? I returned it, no harm no fowl. The queen size "mattress" I was sold turned out to be a queen size pillow disguised as a mattress. Absolute Horrifying Delivery Experience First I want to say that I have been a Nebraska Furniture Mart customer for years and have made many big purchases through them. Purchased flooring at NFM in The Colony Texas and their crew moved my appliances to install the flooring. They damaged both my washer and dryer by standing on the top of them. When I filed claim on the damage NFM said their contracted crew said they did not do the damage and would not pay for the damage. Beware when you work with NFM as they contract the work out and do not stand by their customer when the crew does damage to your property.

Purchased a couch with horrible fabric. The delivery men refused to deliver the chair we ordered because of rips in the fabric even before delivery. 5 months after having the couch we noticed tiny tears in the couch which have now become incredibly large due to sitting on them, wear and tear, and our animals biting at the frayed pieces. We have been waiting since October 2020 for resolution and just keep being told we'll be contacted soon. Still no resolution despite continued emails back and forth.

We have been without a working refrigerator in our home for nearly 13 months. Our $3K+ refrigerator broke at the beginning of August 2020. We had purchased the extended warranty through NFM. After multiple repair companies and failed attempts to repair our refrigerator (even leaking freon into our house) we were finally approved to receive a replacement in January 2021.
