This store has demonstrated a lack of ethics towards customers perceived as poor or marginalized because of their ethnic background. Sadly, I made the mistake of spending thousands of dollars on Hunter Douglas shades. I arrived in the store with photos and measurements of the proposed project. Next I questioned the sales person about feasability of acheiving project goals. Nebraska Furnature Mart sold me a couch and loveseat. The couch and loveseat began ripping at the seams after two years of ownership. I called the service contract company that they use and they inspected it and claim that it is due to normal wear and tear. The love seat is hardly ever used as there are only two people that live in my house and we only sit on the couch. Also due to COVID no one visited our house for the majority of the ownership of the couch. So via 10-15 times of being sit on the seat failed but that is dee... read more

I have been more than disappointed with nfm. We purchased couch and chair from them we started having issues with everything 6 months after we purchased them. I then called them and the lady I talked to first was absolutely disrespectful to me told me I was going to get money back on the furniture because of the problems we had, then never got the amount she said. Purchased a very expensive couch and ottoman in May of 2022. The couch arrived totally different than the floor model. Advertisements The couch cushions are completely flat, lacking stuffing everywhere Looks like a 500.00 cheap POS. Not to mention the ottoman wasnt even stuffed, received 2 of them the same way. i filed a claim with Square Trade on February 2 of this year to have my refrigerator repaired. I received a claim# on February 3. They scheduled an appointment on Feb 10 and no showed,. Called back and rescheduled for the 17. They again no showed. I then got call this past Wednesday and was told they would be out here Friday at 0830. but then they sent me email saying the appt was on Thursday, called back and then they changed it to 1100 on friday. i called back and said i cannot be at the house at that time .
