10+ year customer. Moved to FL 3.5 years ago. I randomly get an email from my credit monitoring service that my score has dropped because I closed an account. Turns out if your don’t buy anything in 3 years they close the account. The most notice they’ll claim you receive is small font on a statement. Well I never received a statement. All my mail is scanned in. Only the online statements. I was never email that my account was going to be closed, nothing. Horrible customer service. I won’t order another thing again. Purchased baby furniture in May 2024 was told would be available for pickup in the middle of July 2024, right before our baby is due, which was perfect. Now it says not available for pickup until August 2024. They need to be honest and up front about items they say are not in stock and the likelihood that the item wont be available even at the estimated time. Horrible delivery service . I order furniture from NFM ks location , the driver was suppose to either leave the items at my front door or set the item in my garage, this young man pulled up set my furniture at my garage door and then knocked on my door and walked away , when I got to the door he was walking back to his truck I asked him why didn’t he knock on my door before he sat my furniture outside of my garage . I bought a couch loveseat and recliner the end of April. They told me I would have it by the end of June. Now they tell me because I live so far out. In the state that they only deliver once a month. And I will only get the recliner in June and have to wait until July for the rest. They should not promise if they can’t follow through. I wish I had read other reviews, probably never would have bought from them. Even the day I bought it the salesman ran from one customer to the next and kept me waiting. Sales and customer service are all nice before the sale and during the return policy date. Once that passes, buyers beware!!!!! The customer service goes to whole different level! Purchased a sectional and 4 months later it’s falling apart. They sent a guy over which spent 30 seconds before leaving. The verdict normal wear and tear. We barely use the furniture! Purchased 2 sofas complained about the material pilling with in months, although i purchased and extended warranty, they kept telling me they couldn't do anything about it. After calling several times i have been ghosted. One person finally said yes, the warranty was covered for pilling, I sent pictures of both sofas and then all of a sudden she no longer called or emailed me. These people are a scam from the word go. They are not reputable in any way, from the products they sell, the contractors they contract and support, they low ball, cheat you and scam you. Just read the 1 star review after 1 star reviews from these Charlatans on the review websites. These people are scammers at a criminal level. Stay away! They are still SPAMMING me and can't get them to remove my information or stop the emails. BAD PEOPLE!!

have made all my payments and now this month the payment went from 40.00 to 105.00 no money in budget for that kind of a payment called them to ask for a payment plan they refused to work with me. Terrible customer service

Unbelievable! I had opened up a card with Nebraska furniture Mart at 5ish years ago. I purchased several things and paid them off and went to go purchase and mattress a couple pillows and a mattress topper about a month ago. Our sales girl said we have 50 months deferred interest in which I therefore asked for the bottom $ amt. after taxes & everything & divided by 50.
