NFM CHEATED A DISABLED VETERAN! I purchased a 65' Roku TV from NFM 15mo ago for my brother, a disabled, homebound veteran who watches TV all day long. Just called NFM customer service, they said sorry there was no warranty purchased, there is nothing we can do. I responded regardless of a warranty, the TV should last more than 15mo! They obviously do not care about Disabled Veterans!! I WILL NEVER SHOP NFM AGAIN!!!!! Bought a refrigerator brand new manufacturer sent out repairmen 3 times never worked and NFM said they would replace over a month ago still not replaced Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We understand how disappointing it is to have a brand-new appliance that has required multiple service visits and still does not function properly. I bought a new Villa Home that came with appliances supplied by Nebraska Furniture Mart, as soon as moved , the G&E Microwaver stop working (It is not heating) according to the home guarantee I should contact NFM , I did, but they told me that they can't replace the Microwave becuse there is only a period of 30 days after purchase when hey can doit, I don't know when the home buiolders purchased the Microwave... so they told me that they will fix it using the manufacturer guarantee... and they assign this to *****TV & Applia... read more

I was not surprised to find so many people on here complaining about Nebraska Furniture Mart. This is a store that I will never do business with again. Their customer service is horrible. I purchased a Sony sound bar mount but it ended up not working with the Sony soundbar I had for my tv. The amount for the mount wasn't overly expensive ($100) but my issue is their tactics in not wanting to refund my money for the product. Whatever you do...DO NOT buy any open box products from them. They are selling defective items as a final sale and making it your problem. I purchased a gaming laptop that was defective and they won't return it because they cant replicate the exact issue I am having. They have wasted hours of my time and they are telling me I am a liar as I am being forced to keep a defective item that was almost $2,000. Horrible customer service policy. Was issued a store credit and have all paperwork showing a store credit. Tried to use credit on a purchase and they said the credit expired after 1 year. Nowhere on the paperwork I was given was this policy stated. They tried to give me a card that shows that store credits expire after 12 months but at no time was I given one at the time they issued the credit. I waited two months only for the dates to end up getting pushed back even more. Went shopping for it in May and got told we would get it June 13. They said that they got sued for having an exact date. BUT THEN THEY GIVE US AN EXACT DATE!? Right now (June 25) I don’t even have HALF of the bed. So they literally shipped barely half of it, and now I have to wait another couple weeks for the REST OF THE BED.

We purchased a $14K Dacor (owned by Samsung) built-in refrigerator from Nebraska Furniture Mart in July 2024. Since then, we have had a major water leaking issue happening under the deli drawer which has resulted in flooding in our kitchen, NUMEROUS appointments with Dacor Technicians (who can't fix the issue) and an ongoing problem! The first time this happened we were told that there was a crucial part that helps with defrosting and water run off that was just NOT INSTALLED on the older Dacor units.
