Always issues at NFM, whether it is broken furniture, used electronics, or shipping wrong items. I purchased an iPhone 16 pro max with accessories , and ended up receiving an empty iPhone box. Called nfm and they required a police report which is fine, supplied all information they requested, still haven't seen my refund or a return label for the accessories since I have no phone. Almost 4 weeks ago, we purchased over $10,000 of furniture from Nebraska Furniture Mart in The Colony, TX. In the first week we recieved about 30% of the furniture. Only bits and pieces of the complete sets. Since then, they have continually lied to us about the availability of the furniture and when it can be delivered. It is very difficult to talk to someone and you can't get a manager to get help.
I purchased a couch from NFM about seven months ago, and it’s already falling apart with strings coming loose everywhere. Despite the store and manufacturer claiming that this is “normal wear and tear,” I don’t believe this kind of deterioration in such a short time should be considered acceptable, especially for a piece of furniture that cost over $1,200. Thank you for your feedback. NFM's delivery time frames are a 3-hour estimated window that is why your window was between 11:30-2:30. NFM does not offer a 2-hour delivery window. Horrible after the sale treatment. I ordered a part for my couch back in April and was promised it would be here in 6-8 weeks and till this day haven’t received it. They say the same story every time I call. We will send a message to the manufacturer. Sorry we can’t give you a refund and we can’t do anything for you so have a nice day!! Never would I ever purchase anything from them.
I cannot explain how disappointed I am with NFM. In October 2023, we purchased a dining room table, chairs and server. It was high end Amish and we paid almost $6300 for it. Fast forward to June 2024. We noticed the table faded exactly where we had a simple fabric runner. So now it looks like there's a strip running down the middle of the table. I did review the order and claim to see if the extended warranty was purchased. Generally, this will cover issue considered accidental but unfortunately, that was declined at the time of purchase. 10+ year customer. Moved to FL 3.5 years ago. I randomly get an email from my credit monitoring service that my score has dropped because I closed an account. Turns out if your don’t buy anything in 3 years they close the account. The most notice they’ll claim you receive is small font on a statement. Well I never received a statement. Purchased baby furniture in May 2024 was told would be available for pickup in the middle of July 2024, right before our baby is due, which was perfect. Now it says not available for pickup until August 2024. They need to be honest and up front about items they say are not in stock and the likelihood that the item wont be available even at the estimated time. Horrible delivery service . I order furniture from NFM ks location , the driver was suppose to either leave the items at my front door or set the item in my garage, this young man pulled up set my furniture at my garage door and then knocked on my door and walked away , when I got to the door he was walking back to his truck I asked him why didn’t he knock on my door before he sat my furniture outside of my garage .
