So my condenser was leaking in the attic and i called Strand Brothers. Technician arrived and did something stating he unplugged it, it got a little better, but i still saw water in the pan. Besides that it was the worst hvac experience i ever had. Technician just could not wait to leave from first second he arrived at the house. I asked him while he was here if he could service my ac and furnace and he acted like he did not hear me. I have been using this company for over 20 years. They have always been reliable and top notch, until now. I have a contract with them from 2016 that covers all repairs at no charge to me to include, service call, parts and labor. On the 7th of May, a Saturday, my unit quit working. I called the company and they sent a technician out that evening. He told me he could not repair the unit, that it was the "mother board" that had went out. Have done a great deal of business with Peachtree Service Experts over the years - at least 15 if not more, including the purchase recently of a completely new HVAC system both upstairs and down, hot water heater and all scheduled system checks.I have always appreciated the honesty of sales personnel and technicians, especially Reggie and Tulasi - absolutely the best! There is no doubt the you are receiving top notch service, but more importantly, they care about their customers and the products they sell and service.

Ephantus was superb. Scoped out the problem, got tech help from manufacturer, followed up with that help and completed the job. He made it clear that it would take 1-2 weeks for the equipment to read our usage and "learn" it. Ephantus was a pleasure and an excellent representative for your company. Seriously overcharging for parts. $461 for a $60 capacitor! That's with a service contract.

The reason I gave this company one star is because we were scheduled to have an annual tune-up on our heating and AC unit. We scheduled weeks in advance and received a call the day of our service that we are being rescheduled for two later. How do we know that we won't be cancelled then?? I know that Stevenson is busy. But we are on the Advantage Program (which is pricey), and we expect better service than that!

I have had repeated issues with this office of Strand Brothers in Pflugerville Tx since April 4, 2022. On April 4, 2022 I was told I needed 2 repairs during my yearly home inspection, a fan replaced and the intake sealed. The technician completed an invoice showing both and a price for the sealing. I was told the office would get back to me on the price of the fan and to make an appointment. After no call i called back a few days later.
