Great company and people to do business with. Always on time and very friendly and experienced. They put a new unit in my prior home and have serviced all three units on my new home. They are the only company I would trust for my a/c or heating services. Billy there has been our sales rep and service technician for the past four years and has always been very friendly and helpful.

Joseph A******* the technician from Strand Brothers was a class act on what great skills he has and the respect and information he gave . When you have a real Worker who enjoys his job, it's too easy for Joseph to show real professional and good communication skills with a strong attitude about what's best for the customer. Nov. 2021 HVAC blower motor quit. Called Midway as I have in the past, but this started an 8 month nightmare that I hope is finally over. Tech arrived with salesperson. Said it wasn't economical to replace blower on 15 yr old unit. We were verbally offered what sounded like a new system with a 10 yr service contract, during which time we pay monthly & all maintenance covered. Was told a crew could be out the next day to install but getting the blower alone might take weeks. So we agreed & a crew showed up the next morning. I... read more

This company is now under Enercare. We signed up for a maintenance plan. They missed an appointment for a furnace tuneup. When I asked for a refund of what we'd paid because we didn't get the service they said we're paying for an insurance plan, not a service. It was very complicated to get off the plan and we lost $130. In addition they lost all our records during the transition. We had them come to fix a broken control panel that was put on 5 years ago when we'd replaced a furnace. We asked for a simpler thermostat. After ... read more

Advantage Program is a scam. You will never be done owing them money. The salesman will present it as if it is a service contract. It is not. It is a lease (rent) program. I need a lawyer. They want to charge me 15k and take back their equipment. They have performed no maintenance other than a filter change in the last three years. They've stood me up twice for scheduled maintenance.
