I called in because my air conditioner was leaking and making an awful noise. It was 9:30 PM. I received a callback within an hour. The technician was no where near my house. They suggested I wait as the technician couldn't get to me for several hours. I talked to the dispatcher the next morning and she scheduled me for 2 to 6 (to accommodate my schedule). Kyle arrived by 1:45 and had me taken care of within an hour. The service was excellent and Kyle went beyond my expectations.

Called Friday evening because Nelson advertised 24/7 service, was assured they would be out that evening. I called back at 11:30 pm reminding them the day was just about over, again was assured they would call. They didn't call until Monday morning, asking if I still needed service. I feel this is false advertisement, luckily I didn't wait for their call and A.C. repaired Saturday morning.

This company made an appointment to install a gas line, charging me over S$2,000 dollars. First they sat the appointment within a window between 8:00 and 10:00 am and never made it to the window timing. Then, they called me to state that the parts, which just three days prior they said they had gotten, one of the parts, the orifices, wasn't sent to them as expected. On June 13th Climate Control in Mobile, AL performed the semi annual maintenance. It was necessary to replace the ultra-violet bulb which was $275.00 and charged to a credit card. The Tech ran the card which he said did not go through. He ran it a second time and was successful. Checking my balance several days later, I was charged twice. Now, I believe the Tech made an honest mistake. However, my issue is the lack of any response from the office clerk that handles billing. Strand Brothers came out 5/27.22 to do my yearly maintenance on my HVAC System. They listed three things I needed to do which was about $1000.00+ dollars. I installed a new Lennox System seven years ago and have always done my yearly maintenance. I had Aero come out as recommended by Lennox. They told me I could wait on these. Strand brothers said I needed to clean my blower blades for $420. They showed me a picture showing lots of dust collecting on the blower (which was obviously) a saved picture not of my blower. Knochelmann Service Experts has provided excellent coverage for our home systems with their protection program. Our recent service about a lackluster AC on the second floor was quickly booked for service. Dave, the technician, was polite, professional and provided tips on creating a better air flow with a system operating 100% during this recent heat wave. Did partial job then quit and charged $850 instead of $1050.

Had a new water heater installed by Service Experts. A few weeks later I noticed a water leak on the floor. That dried up but later there was another leak. This kept on for several weeks before we finally called Service experts in Alliance. Steve and another gentleman came out & worked with it. But a few days later it leaked again so I called Service Experts and they sent Steve out again. He came & took out the water heater & went to get a new one and then installed it. So far so good. Am having an awful experience with this company. Beware homeowners: It is EXTREMELY difficult to get Bryant Air to honor their warranties. Customer service representatives are impossible to get hold of and unhelpful when contacted. They are unable to make any decisions or obtain assistance from a supervisor. Would not deal with this company again.
