some of your doctors need to learn compassion and bed side manor
Absolutely worst customer service and billing experience I have ever been through in my life. Bills paid and hospital saying $0 balance, and still sending last bill amount to collections. Has been an 11 month ordeal over $255. And all because they didn’t send proper paperwork to secondary insurance the first time. The amount of time I have spent on the phone with them is ridiculous. Will never step foot in the building again.
Last August, I checked into NEA. I was very sick. I spent eight of my first nine days in a medically induced coma. The nurses and doctors were the best Dr Keith Criner and nurses Katie Gibbons and Whitley Gooch treated me like I was their own father. The personal care received from these three is the reason I am here today. After three weeks, I was dismissed. I can not tell how special these three are to me. Had an appointment with Dr Nixon yesterday. While my appointment was late, once I was in the room no stone was left unturned. 1 and 1/2 hours later I had been reassured that what diagnosis I had Was correct, and that he would contact me with any further information after lab work. This was an amazing and caring doctor and he made sure that all questions were answered.
