I have been going back and forth with your billing department for almost a year. They are not filling with my insurance and when I call or message do not get responses. The few times I can get ahold of someone I am told it’s my responsibility to file with my insurance.

all I can say back in February my great niece died there the doctor did not try to help now my dad is in there and we can't go see them the nurse don't want to talk to us she acts like we are a burden I would not recommend this place for a flea to be treated

Took my 11 year old for a debilitating headache that had gotten to the point she was bedridden and crying all day. Her medications weren’t working so we felt the need to be evaluated for something new or serious. Their “pediatric specialist” was the most rude physician I have ever encountered and refused to even look at the notes of medications and symptoms she had been experiencing but instead very rudely asked me exactly what I expected him to do. very rude staff went to take my 6 month who's fever is 103.7 the lady at the door was rude as hell just cause i had my husband with me she got very rude and said one of us had to leave

Worst place i could have gone. im having a Threatened miscarriage and they wont see me because i dont have a baby sitter. i just moved here i dont have anyone. my daughter is quiet as a mouse and doesnt cause any harm shows no symptoms of any kind and they refused me. im bleeding and bad and they refused me. if i could rate 0 stars i would. if they cant understand i have kids and no one is going to watch them while this covid craps going around then i dont want them being there anyway. they dont care about the patient they j... read more

I did not want to be in the hospital during this time but I had the best care. The nurses were great! I appreciate everyone’s kindness. When you walk in and no one can come with you or visit it’s a awful feeling. Thank you all for being there.💜💜💜

Nea does not have enough ER parking and they don’t let you go in with your loved ones.
