Typically have good results with NEA but not this week. My 81 year old Mother fell Thursday. Took her to her family physician and x-ray showed her arm is broke. They sent us to NEA emergency along with disc of x-ray. NEA emergency x-rayed again and confirmed break. They put a splint and sling on it with instructions to "follow up with Roy Edward Cooper Jr, MD." I called the clinic at 8 am, 10 am, and 1 pm Friday. Doctors and hospital both
When we almost lost a very important person in our lives they saved him, and we couldn't have asked for a better team! Thanks to the team there my kids daddy will be able to come home. They went above and beyond for us.
This was a terrible experience and a terrible night. We were suppose to get Motrin at midnight, my baby just left at 2 AM and didn’t get ANYTHING, he’s been running 103 temp, struggling to breathe and they did literally nothing. Thanks a lot NEA. We will NOT be back. I should have just brought our Motrin with us. This is the worst experience! I have a VERY SICK 1 year old that apparently no one wants to stop and help. 103 temp is very dangerous.
Go to the nearest veterinarian- no pillow, syringes on the counter, vomiting in the lobby with no assistance, husband called wife for assistance and totally dismissed- drive elsewhere and pray for this community.
The hospital itself is good and many of the doctors are also. However, the way NEA clinic in Osceola is operated is a crying shame. And the powers that be seem not to care. Not for the patients here or the staff. No news of who is the APN now since Jimmy left in May. No response on Mychart about med refills. No response to pharmacies. Any answer is better than none. But, is there anyone there who even cares anymore..
I encountered these two wonderful ladies in the patient admission testing one was Theresa Reese and Chasity Williams. They gave me respect, care, just wonderful all around. I would go to them Everytime.
