Awesome place with awesome doctors!!
I was in the hospital with infection in my bones in my foot. I was on the 4th floor, I guess it would be 4 west but anyways all of my doctors the nurses and the PCT all took real good care of me and was was so kind and caring. I had one nurse named Melissa she has a heart of gold and deserves a raise..... And then a few days after the dr took my leg off , I was moved to the 5th floor.... Again the dr and nurses and the PCT and the Physical therapist and occupational therapist staff was so kind and caring... I would recommend... read more

My primary care doctor Nathan Turney and his staff have always been wonderful almost 8 years I have lived in Arkansas. I can also say the same for Dr. chan & Ashley Ward and staff. Recently I had to visit the emergency room and was well taken care of everyone went over and above! I thank God for NEA Baptist
Some of the staff are very rude disrespectful and do not care about the care of their patients they need to make some improvements on some things before my family and I ever consider using this hospital in the future I would rather use Blytheville
my mother was terminally ill, due to NEA Baptist ER and Hospital team I had an extra month with my mother that otherwise I would not have had. All of the staff there at the hospital treated my mother with kindness and love and dignity they extended that same courteousness to me, a number of the staff went above and beyond the call of their duty. There are not words enough to say thank you for that precious extra time with my mom...
