WOMENS CLINIC: Front staff is rude and doesn’t know the information they give! Told me I owed over $150 less than I supposedly did on my day of appt! They would not help me in any way!!! Won’t be back!!

Once your admitted on floor your care will be great but the ER is AWFUL! Everyone’s hateful and doctors and nurses treat you as if your just a number! It’s really pathetic, I work there and still wouldn’t use the ER THERE AWFUL EVEN TO THERE OWN EMPLOYEE! the Er defiantly needs a lot of work!
I wouldnt recommend any child with Sickle Cell Disease come to NEA especially if Dr. Beck is on call...the worse part is when a Dr insinuates that because lab work is ok. your child is not in a pain crisis...its sad that you cant even take your child to the. local hospital and theyre hesitant to treat based on beliefs that patients with this particular disease are drug seekers...brought her to ACH and as usual she's on higher doses of pain meds and a pca pump...calling ACH and communicating with them is so easy but instead o... read more
