An unethical company taking advantage of the victim and denying claims, because they believe/support there customer, instead of looking at the evidence. They are immoral and criminal just like there customer. I can provide photos to show proof that my statement matches the evidence vs there lying customer statement.

I called Nationwide to get a quote for auto and home insurance. The man I spoke with detailed out everything, both my vehicles with VIN numbers and all, gave me the quote for the auto so I agreed to switch since it would be cheaper than what we were currently paying. I never received anything via email after we hung up, nothing to sign, literally nothing. I then received an insurance card for ONE of my vehicles in the mail. Disgusting business practice. Nationwide insurance is only on the side of those that they insure. Was hit by a Nationwide customer who then proceeded to drive away from the scene of the accident. Horrible company to do business with. PET INSURANCE with them is a SCAM!!! Please be aware they will not cover anyting. Gave them a deposit so they could underwrite a policy, my dog became ill and theywould not cover it. First they said they needed all his medical records and I would need to get that. Let me start off by saying WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! They are "on your side" until your need to file a claim.I was in a car accident that was not my fault. My car was totaled and now nationwide is refusing to honor their statement of " nationwide is on your side " They will not offer a reasonable settlement amount. So you guys tell me how this makes any sense. I had a policy with nationwide. I canceled with them June 4th when my statement was due. I was told I wouldn’t owe anything. Here I am a month later and get a notice that I owe $20.03. I call and they state that for a year I never provided proof that I took a driving class in high school so that discount was removed. We had ****** and later Nationwide for all our insurance needs. Last year we had 2 claims, one was water leak at a rental property we own and the other auto where police report showed that the other side was 100% at fault. When I reported the water leak, the company told me not to wait and contact a company to take care of the damage. I contacted a company my plumber recommended and signed a contract with them. Nationwide's Auto Policy Insured admitted liability, and Nationwide admitted its Insured's liability yet the Claims Associated, **** ******** requested that I make a claim through my insurance. *******asserted limited coverage yet all estimates were well below the damages. When I refused to make a claim through my insured, phone calls and correspondence stopped. You insureds be careful; this company is sketchy.
