Nationwide client totaled my son's truck. Nationwide value of the truck was several thousand below market value. My son has to now come up with several thousand dollars in order to get an equivalent truck. Anyone have similar problems...Anyone interested in a class action lawsuit?

please do NOT use this insurance, you literally trashing your money, i have my car got hi while parked in a parking lot, nobody left a note or number, anyways, their report said i hit the car myself, (the hit was from the rear right door where it is impossible to make it even in purpose) but anyways, it took them 20 days to tell me case denied. I wouldn’ Recommend this company to anyone. The agent talked over me and hung up in my face. They also processed my payment four days ago and still has yet to draft the payment.

I filed a calm on my roof for hail damage with nationwide, their adjuster came out looked at my roof only offered to fix half of the roof and after the $2000 deductible, they would only pay $67. The roofing company tried to tell the adjuster that they could not even find shingles to match with the half that nationwide wouldn't fix. I told nationwide I disagreed and said I will not go ahead with the claim. I switched insurances after the poor coverage with nationwide. I've been dealing with Bob & Terry @ Nationwide for 3 years and their professionalism, timeliness, and knowledge is simply fantastic. I just can't say enough good this about they way they handle every aspect this account. I highly-highly recommend them!!
Finally ditched Nationwide due to their dishonest billing practices. I've always paid premiums in full, but Nationwide plays tricks to get you to pay $5 installment fee. First, they don't send a bill until the payment is overdue. Then they will subtract the $5 fee first on a FULL PAYMENT, and call it a partial payment. I've asked them to waive the $5 fee as they could clearly see I paid in full and on time, but they won't do it. So Nationwide can keep my $5 and lose my business. After submitting my claim, they said they would be back with me on the following Friday, about 2-3 days later. I did not hear back until a week and a half later, after asking my claims coordinator to please tell the loss adjuster to call me. I called multiple multiple times and left voicemails, and was completely ignored. When I finally got my proposed settlement, it was less than what should have been the value of my car, and had been calculated with cars that had an outrageous number of miles and lesser trim packages. I have repeatedly asked the sales department for this company to take me off of their call list, but they continue to call. When I ask the representatives to take me off their call list, which they are required by federal law to do, they hang up on me before I can complete the request. The most recent instance of this is on 8.16.2019. I've been submitting on the same pet claim since October of 2018, it's now August of 2019. Every time I submit something, I never hear anything from them.
