Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Cigna paid for the unit I was using and nationwide demanded it be returned. This is fraud in my opinion. Nation wide tried saying I never completed requirements for usage when I had confirmed this with sunset sleep labs.Â

My car was stolen Dec 8. From the time I contacted Nationwide it was a disaster. I was told I was to pay $30 a day for a rental not until the investigator finally contacted me was I informed that information was wrong. My Car was recovered 4-5 days later. Can I give zero stars? I had pet insurance through Nationwide. i had wellness and preventative. I submitted a wellness claim for a teeth cleaning for my dog. She has never had an issue with her teeth and I ensured this was something Nationwide covered before signing up. The review is supposed to take 30 days. I contacted Nationwide since I didn't hear from them in the 30 day window. They told me that they were busy and my claim submission was pushed back another 30 days. In July of 2019 we acquired homeowner's insurance, auto and and a personal liability policy from Nationwide. A month or two later, we received a terse statement from Nationwide that they were cancelling our homeowner's policy due to the fact that we were not within 1,000 feet of a fire hydrant. A nationwide client rear ended my stepdaughters car totaling it. The total loss department in des moines ia is proving to be extremely low class offering less than market value to settle the claim. I am interested in a class action law suit. I am going to call them repeatedly requesting they be fair with the intent of wasting has much of their time has possible. I encourage others to do the same. Nationwide is not on my side.Â

This company has to be the worse to deal with!! I was not ask to be hit by their customer and all I want is my car to be fixed. They have been no help in dealing with the body shop. They also are denying fixing my car the way it should be. I should not have to get a lawyer involved for a simple accident. No one ever picks up the phone and you play phone tag or email tag. After the August 2018 tornado in the Aitkin, Mn area i filed a claim for hail damage on my property and car.I received money to fix my car. I received funds to fix my house roof, damage on my house included replacing the decking under the new shingles due to the spaces between the old boards. The roofing my screen porch was replaced. I had Nationwide when I got into accident. I called them and made them aware of the situation, and was told they would get back with me. I waited and waited at least 1 week before I gave them a follow up call. During that time I drove a wrecked vehilce 20 miles to work. Horrible service.Â
Our home was hit by a tornado on Memorial Day. Although we had a few hiccups with insurance at first, the adjuster adjuster that came out to assess property damage and the adjuster for personal loss have been wonderful! Both have followed up with us numerous times to make sure things are going well and we don't need anything. Both adjusters have been easy to contact and respond quickly to any questions we have. They have made this difficult situation much easier by their expertise and compassion.Â
