We filed a claim with nationwide. Was a hassle to get a hold of our case specialist. Then the claim was denied based on fraudulent documentation from the policy holder. This is not a professional company. Be aware, they are misleading and when you request documents the agent was very vague.
I'd give 0 but they make you put at least one. Strongly recommend that you don't get dog insurance through them. I keep submitting claims and they keep rejecting them saying they are illegible, its been months now. Also, my dog has been a member for years but he just became a senior and they went from 600 a year for premium to 1300 for the same services and claim its just natural price increases. They are not a good insurance (Auto) company to deal with. Very sketchy And VERY UNPROFESSIONAL from the claims adjuster to the supervisor. I was in a car accident a month ago there was a issue with my car that was resolved but when it was resolved they no longer want any parts of it, called them several times left several voice mails no answer or call backs. A waste of time and money.

Terrible business practices - They will payout to other insurance companies even if you were not at fault and the kicker is they won't even tell you they did so. 3-4yrs later you will find out and then your premium will sky rocket with any other company you try to go with. They will tell you that they don't have to let you know if they payout for a claim. Do yourself a favor and read all the details. After 15yrs of loyalty to a company they really don't care and just want to save their ass and take the easy road.

Nationwide has been my insurance provider on my condominium for the last three years. This year, they decided to hike my insurance premium by 10% year over year. After hours on hold trying to speak with the team and resolve this discrepancy, the employees told me there was nothing I could do to change this. They never send me a text notification about billing autopay they took it out. I ask can they reverse the process of payment. They said they can’t now have negative balance in my account.
Horrible insurance company. I will never use them again, learned my lesson. They cancelled my home owners policy “mistakenly” when I called and cancelled my auto policy with them. I was uninsured for 2 weeks and did not even know it. I even specifically told the agent that I was keeping my homeowners with them. You can’t trust them. Wish I could give them 0 stars!

I’m pretty young and been in the military for 6 years. Never in my life I thought I would be questioned or disrespected to this degree. Worse place to get a loan. Under stand payments have been a little late. But the way they talk to you is rude and un professional. One of the lady's eat no stop at the desk. And other thing they need a better system for payments no card just cash they could be pocketing all the money them self.
