Very disappointed with the second half of my care with nationwide. When I was first in the accident, they were helpful on that day, but from then forward everything was a mess. I sent my car with the tow person expecting to have it fixed and get it back. They decided the car was totaled and sent me my things in a box, however they left out the one thing I most wanted from the car and requested multiple times. My family has Got hurt in a Hit And Run Accident with the other party being at Fault witch liability is documented in the police report Nationwide is Not reliable to repair damages to my vehicle it's been over 2 Months of A terrified desator to repair my vehicle or get me back on the road again, I will not recommend this Slumbering Company to No one pick some one else for insurance their not really on your side nor are they really Nationwide

I would NEVER! Go with this company for a car loan. This company is so crooked! I’m not one at all to “post my problems”, but this I feel all people need to know! And I’m prepared and sooo ready to scream it from a rooftop... SUE. There is way too much to share on a post, but if you want to be continuously lied to, screamed at by ignorant ( uneducated ) “managers”, call recordings magically erased, them dipping their hands in your bank account whenever they want and for any amount ( $2,000 over two months ), papers they say ... read more

Nationwide sucks! I have never received 90% back on ANY of my claims. One of the biggest complaints I have is why am I not covered for Flea prevention? Between the flea and heartworm prevention cost me 175.00 and they only covered 50.00? Really? I have been with VPI (at the time before Nationwide took over) for about 10 years and now that my dog is getting older and issues are coming to view, they always have a reason Im not covered? Superior plan/with care core wellness and IM still not covered. How pathetic.

Nationwide's pet insurance is a scam and they will steal your money and avoid paying out claims. NOT "on your side". Their ratings on consumer pages is 1 star. Do not believe this A+ rating that BBB has listed because Nationwide doesn't care about the policy holder, only lining their pockets. Worst customer service and will not provide the data to policy holders on how they come up with their decisions. This is the WORST company to get insurance with.

Nationwide IS NOT on your side. In the beginning of Feb 2018, I was contacted by an agent because my automatic payment was returned due to insufficient funds in my account. I fully took responsibility for the mishap and we scheduled a payment to be made on Feb 16th 2018 for the full amount. However, this payment was not attempted on 2/16 like I requested. Stay away from nation wide insurance. After one year your rates will be increased 1/3rd with no accidents or faults. The CEO Steve R is on rip off reports for being a liar. 95% neg reviews on BBB with a Aplus rating??? hahah. what a bunch of crooks! Shop your rates yearly because companies like this are a dime a dozen. You have been warned.

Nationwide is very difficult company to do business with . Communication is non existent from the claims adjuster, Agent does not care whether the Company honors the contract that I have paid for 30 years. I don't feel that the Company should make the statement or slogan part of their lie to the public. It is quite apparent that Nationwide is not on anyone's side except theirs. Nationwide is one of the worse insurane companies in the Nation. It certain is not on the side of any of its clients. The company should remove this slogan from all of its ads. I have been with the company for 11 years; never been late with my premiums and never filed a claim until November, 2017.
