Nationwide is the worst insurance company. I have been with them for years and an my debut cad Expired for on autopay they canceled all my policies and now $750 in dmv fees caused because of this and they won’t reinstate them. #insurance #nationwide #badcustomerservice

They constantly raise rates for no reason. There customer service representatives have lied to me multiple times about the real reason for the rate increases and my agent told me he would get me quotes from other companies instead of dealing with the real issue.

I had my auto loan through nationwide for the last few years. I just paid it off in full about a month ago and had been told my title was on its way via mail. 30+ days later, nothing. I called and was transferred to the titles department. I was then told that my title was mailed 1/2/18 - a month ago. I asked what address it was mailed to and was given my current street and apartment, however a DIFFERENT town in which I moved from over a year ago. I was sent a letter stating I was the beneficiary of my Husbands 403B plan. I received a letter a month later stating I was not the beneficiary...They gave it to his EX wife....I have produced divorce papers stating she was divested of all 401 and retirement benefits. Now they are giving me the run around its been 4 years for Gods sake.....They will not give in. They keep sending me paper work to fill out I do then they sent something different. I did speak to an Attorney and said I need to just go ahead and file a lawsuit.

On Oct. 2, 2017 I refinanced a vehicle with Nationwide Bank. I was sent a package to have notarized and sent it back UPS 2nd day air. Got proof of delivery. Nationwide continued to call me and say they did not receive it. When I would call they would say we got it but don't know where it is.They sent a second one and I sent it back. Nationwide is a fraud! First they told me that I was covered properly for my two homes, one of which my elderly mother lives in and the other that I live in. After the person who I had been working with was fired and I had already moved my car and houses to them they tell me that they can't cover my second house at all, but never refunded me for the entire year I had already paid them. totaled my car took over a week to hear anything back and that I had to start complaining loudly. then they have the GALL to tell me my car is only worth a small amount , they price compared. funny the cars that they compared mine to had at least 30.000. more miles and no turbo engine. I have GAP insurance with them and they say it has a cap???!!! when I got the gap insurance I was told if anything happened it would cover the difference between the value and the amount still owed. It appears I am going to get rid of NATIONWIDE after being with ALLIED since 1998. When Nationwide removed Allied from their company and dissolved it completely leaving only the parent company Nationwide to take all control my problems began. I have been on the phone 2 to 3 or more times a month keeping Nationwide in check. I have homeowners and auto bundle plus I am on another policy for another vehicle with my daughter to help her out due to financing. An Angel that helped me resolve an Injury Claim Settlement. That is how I would describe Amanda. She is one outstanding lady that went above and beyond the call of duty. Nationwide owes Amanda and a raise should be forth coming!! Without question, I would highly recommend Nationwide for all your insurance needs. My hat is off to Amanda H****!!
