I wish I had the option for no stars....Everything started out great to refinance my home. It was all going smooth or so I thought. Problem after problem came up. I could not stay in contact with the guy doing my loan. I was constantly having to call and email him repeatedly to receive any answers at all. Like others have said, they promise you the moon, then drag you through hell and back. I stayed with them for 2 months trying to get this done and never even got a closing date. I wanted to refinance They promise u the moon ! I wont have to pay my mortage for a few months plus Ill be getting a return of a couple thousand dollars ! I do as they ask for info ! 1 month 2 month 3 month 4 month ! Nothing ! Don't believe ! BS with a promise !

I was in the process of re-financing my home for a lower interest rate, when I received a better offer from Nations Lending. They started as a 5-star: quick to respond; attentive; very good rates; fast credit check; fairly easy application process; AND THEN ... nothing. No application status; no returned calls; no email answers, even when told I was about to sign another, by then approved, application... which I did. It is now going to closing. Horrible company with false advertising and terrible reps. The loan officer I spoke to had no knowledge of the industry and used the old bait and switch technique to try to sell me. Then coerced me to run my credit to get the best rate...needless to say their rates were terrible and when I asked to have my inquiry removed from my credit report, I was told no. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SAD EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY!!!

Absolutely the WORST experience we have ever had with a lender. We have PERFECT credit, with scores over 800 each, we were looking for money to develop some property we own, we have NO mortgages, everything is paid for. I am right in the middle. My husband and I needed to purchase a home in NC. Jeremy assured us that due to our both having high credit scores we would be approved.We found something we could afford. Needed the letter of approval which after a few calls and emails was sent to us and we were able to take it to the realtor and make an offer. Which we promptly did. Our experience was like most of the negatives ones here. Options are limited for manufactured homes and they promised the moon. No problems..., Everything looks good..., We're on track..., blah, blah, blah. Two months later we're still trying to get this closed. I have done many mortgages and refinances and this was by far the WORST EVER. We got them every document and bit of information they needed very promptly. I have never deal with with a more unprofessional and unethical organization! Mason L. was the broker that was working on my refinance. The communication has been a disaster! It has been over 2 months since I started the process and I still have no idea the status of my loan. And, I paid $550.00 for an appraisal which was completed a month ago.
