I am writing this note to let you know about some "questionable ethics" from a company that responded to your/my request for mobile home refi companies for my home, specifically NATIONS LENDING CORP., and one of their reps: Jeffrey ****K*********, Lic.# *******. I am a realtor in North East Ohio. First off Realtors I advise not to have your clients use this company as well as not accepting offers coming in from this company. That's right, your offer you make isn't just the dollar amount, we do look at the lender(pre approval) as well. I have been in the business sometime now and will say this has been one of the worst transactions with a lender I have faced in that duration. I sought a home equity line of credit, and I was contacted by Robert E***** of Nations Lending, and he was offering an FHA cash-out refinance. I expressed significant concern regarding my student loans and the FHA guidelines for how those are handled, I even provided him with the guidelines myself. He dismissed my concerns, continually telling me that I qualified and everything was fine. Started off great, then the underwriters RIP your past to shreds..make you relive experiences over 18 years ago. Then their payoff quotes are even good for 3 days after you close on the house. Did a refinance and only 2 other loan payoffs were paid correctly. Still owe on all 4 credit cards that they received quotes for and said the payoff dates were good! Nations lending....where to begin. Several months ago I called my sister in-law and told her I'm ready to buy a house. She gave the name and number to the guy that took care of her, Frank. When I first spoke with Frank I'll admit, I didn't have all my ducks in a row much like these negative nancies who commented before me. After reading all the reviews here I just had to leave my own after such a great experience. We purchased our first home and our loan officer explained everything from teaching us how to improve our scores to the differences between FHA and conventional loans. We had no idea which program would be better for our family and the decision was clear once we learned. I can say we will be using them again if we ever purchase another home and will definitely be referring them to anyone we know..

I hope EVERYONE reads this before starting a loan process with this company! This has been the worst most dreadful experience I have ever had. Long story short, we are first time home buyers trying to purchase a mobile home on a piece of land in California.
