You should really read the reviews and stick to your gut instinct. I wish I had. This all begun with my initial phone call stating that I have a "Manufactured Home on Leased Property". After 3 agents later, a termite bond, an appraisal, and credit report the company stated that "were sorry but we do not do Manufactured homes on leased property". If you like being lied to, having your credit pulled 6 times, told to sell your current home and then weeks later have your loan denied, working with incompetent people and general aggravation...Nations Lendiing is for you. Worst experience I've ever had especially the customer service from the corporate office. I was told to sell my home because I was all approved and ready to close on my new home, then was dragged along for weeks and had multiple extensions on my closing date.
