My boyfriend and I are first time home buyers. In the beginning Nation's Lending was amazing. They were very on top of everything and the communication was great. Once it finally got to the end they started to get very sketchy, wouldn't return calls, emails, etc. We had to push back our closing date 3 maybe 4 times. I am a wife of a 100% disabled veteran. The end of June we put an offer on a home. We were using my husband's VA Loan. This company gave us our pre approval. We explained everything upfront about everything they needed to know. The day after we put our earnest money down we were told to pay for inspection and such. Real Estate professionals like myself need to beware. They don't deliver or execute. They get buyers with a bait and switch tactic. They are evasive, dishonest, incompetent, unprofessional and lack communication/transparency.
Best home buying experience ever! Hats off to Mike Bankowski and his NEO Purchase Team. My husband and I were referred to Mike and from the opening phone call he was honest and attentive to our needs always providing explanation of what to expect every single step of the way. 5 star service all the way! I'd recommend Mike and his team to everyone!
Do NOT ever do any business with that company Nations Lending. It’s a crook company and they never reply or email you back. The worst customer services that I ever dealt and Christopher Sandly is the worst nightmare that you can deal with!!!!! AGAIN, do NOT do any kind of businesses with that company!!!!!!!
I wanted to start a refinance and a line of credit with the company since November 2019. It’s now July 2020 and still not done. I contacted them based an a pice of advertising mail that they were the best and would reduce my interest rate significantly. I started with a lady named Taylor B. I’m Ohio. I am going to start off with STAY AWAY from this company!!! On May 4,2020 I applied for a VA loan. May 11th I received the pre-approval. I listed my house on May 25 and accepted an offer May 30th. Attorney review was completed June 3. Made an offer on a new home on June 11 and it was accepted. Had the new house inspected, appraisal, termite inspection, and radon done June 18th. DO NOT USE THIS LENDER!! I got screwed major with this Lender!!!!! NATIONS LENDING/MARK SCHNEIDER. I lost all my Earnest money and everything else they made me pay for because of the Mortgage Lender and there Negligence! NEGLIGENCE!!!! I was a first time home buyer.
