Matthew ****** is very helpful agent. He was helping me all the way of my refinance. He always there to help if I had any questions. I would recommended him to anyone with refinance and home loan needs.
This is the second time we've used Nations Lending and Roy is able to get through loans that other lenders can't. (Our property has special circumstances.) We also referred a friend to him when she couldn't get closed with another lender she was working with. Roy got her loan closed (which also benefitted us because she was buying one of our properties from us). We have recommended Roy & Nations Lending to several friends and will continue to do so.
James did our refinance and he was wonderful to work with. He always responded to my emails and calls and kept in close communication to let us know where we were in the process. There was a hiccup with our Solar and the re-finance which did cause a delay in when the refinance was completed but James worked diligently to get everything done and get us to close.
