If you are a Veteran steer clear of this bank they have no integrity at all. They talk a big game but their incompetence is most taxing I have been trying to Refi my home with them now for 3 month they used every excuse in the book to delay my home refi while they were doing absolutely nothing but telling me stories about my VA loan. I will promote to every Veteran on social media to not do buisness with this disorganized civilian operated bank they truly just care about themselves NLC your fired along with Brian F**** good ... read more

Neal was great!! Always answered our calls! He was very responsive and knowledgeable. He allayed any fears we had and made us feel better about the process. We have contacted Neal Doherty for a few home purchases and he is always very polite and quick to respond. Will definitely contact him again for any future purchases.

There is a reason the score is 1.9. Don't use them. I trying to get a refinance on a 4 family, after 6 months of poor service it came to nothing. They simply dragged me along for months with no response unless I contacted them. No matter who I reached out nothing came of it. Huge waste of time and 1000's of pages of my personal information. And we are good customers, the kind companies can't wait to give money to :) Apparently not them. Worse loan experience I've had to date.

DO NOT USE NATIONS LENDING. Bryan ***l was the lender for my client's house and he made the entire process EXTREMELY STRESSFUL. Bryan said the loan would close on 11/18. On 11/18 the file did not even get full approval, when you ask for updates he has the WORST attitude. On 11/19 he said we will get the approval, again to no surprise, nothing. My client was homeless for 3 weeks due to Bryan's incompetence. Anytime I called for an update on when closing will be he said and I quote "They'll close when they close, I don't owe y... read more

Mike M. In my lifetime, I have bought and lived in 7 homes in 5 states and sold 6 of them since 1981. So I have a a fair bit of experience with home loans and the closing process. I have refinanced loans several times on some of those homes. Back in late July 2020, I decided to try to refinance with Nations Lending based on online reviews, etc. I contacted them. On August 6, 2020, I was contacted by Madison S___ a senior loan officer who is licensed in and processes refinance loans for my state. Covid-19 has been a major dis... read more

I reached out to Nation's Lending when I was looking to refinance my house in late June 2020, at which time I began working with a senior loan officer. She appeared to be supportive and was positive I should be able to refinance with Nation's Lending. She even told me after going through the initial application that everything should be fine, no red flags, so I signed the disclosures and scheduled the appraisal (which I had to pay $600 to Nation's Lending for out of my pocket - turns out they only paid the appraiser $450 acc... read more

As a Realtor that works with many first-time home buyers, it is very important to me that I have a lender I can trust to refer my buyers to. I chose Taylor ***** to be that lender! Not only is she available 24/7 to answer questions for my clients, but she answers them thoroughly and in ways that help them understand the mortgage process. We've worked on many transactions together, and every client I've sent her way has had wonderful things to say about her! She is definitely my lender of choice!

It seems like most of the reviews are based on poor communication. Both on the buyers part and the company. I will say that Tina *******was very easy and responsible to work with and have nothing but praise for her and her company, and have sent several people her way. I do not work for the company, and am in no way affiliated with them. Just my two cents.

On May 1, 2020, I reached out to Nations Lending based on a flyer in the mail. I was contacted by, who, in the early two months of working together, seemed a knowledgable and helpful guy named Thomas "Tommy" ******** After the repeated filing of information from my end and more and more and more and more requests for more and more... information, always with a ten or twelve day lag before the next request for an update of this or that or a letter showing this or that... blah blah blah, I pulled the plug on the whole BS char... read more
