They have been my mortgage company for several years, and for the most part, they are okay................until you try to do a refinance. I did one with them in 2017, and they dragged it out, and it took until the final day of the month, when I was being threatened with late fees and reporting my "late payment" to the credit bureaus from my mortgage servicer (which is them, incidentally) before they finally paid off my old loan. I am a realtor whose client ended up using Nations Lending with Brett *******as the lender. We had an issue with an appraisal on a VA loan, which was not the lenders fault. Brett was able to help the buyer's switch loan types so that they could still get their dream home. I love working with lenders who take my philosophy that if plan A doesn't work we have a plan B. Did a wonderful job for us and will use again
They sent a marketing letter to me with incorrect Mortage Date and incorrect Homeowner. Details on the envelope are interntionally deciptive. They make the letter appear as though it is from ************County. After initially thinking this was a County related letter, I was worried that something related to my property was incorrect. Call the 1-866 number on the letter for clarification. Was HUNG UP ON by the person on the other line trying to get details. Shady, deceptive, and rude.
