This whole experience was infuriatingly complicated, disorganized and unprofessional. They do not lock your rate, because the say they’ll assume the risk, but the rates jumped too high and they didn’t take it on. The paperwork was sloppy, they sent over an excel sheet (both time with wrong numbers) for options, did not spend time explain, and misspelled our name on closing paperwork. I could go on. Worst experience I’ve had. Don’t waste your time or give them your money, go to better.com.
