We had a great experience with Michael **********. He and his assistant Meghan mad the process simple and graciously answered all of our questions and concerns kindly and quickly. they were also patient with me when I couldn't get right to things b/c of work. They use the docusign system which makes things so easy. I could attend to things on short breaks and late at night. I'd definitely go with them again and will recommend them to family and friends.

I have turned to Nations Lending after trying to refinance with another company since July 2020. I spoke to Robert ***mid December 2020. He said with Xmas holidays and overall "run on refinance" due to low rates, realistically with we would shoot for a 1 FEB 2021 closing. The underwriters took a bit longer to review all docs but we did close today 15 FEB 2021. Steve *******gave us an amazing experience, and has a fantastic team they were in constant communication, quick reply to questions unbelievable service.
Robert *** ******was incredibly easy to work with and was very patient in answering all of our questions. He was able to get us a new mortgage loan interest rate that is almost 2 points lower than our original loan, saving us so much money and reducing the length of our loan. He also referred us to an insurance agent who was able to provide us better home owner's insurance coverage, for $200 less per year than what we had been paying. Refinancing with Nations Lending was the best decision for our family.
THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! DO NOT CONTACT THEM We started a refi process back on 9/18/2020 and would have to constantly contact them to get updates!! THEY WOULD NEVER RETURN OUR CALLS OR EMAILS. they would not respond at all!!! My wife and I would have to call over and over and over and still get nobody to call us back. When we would get any info, we would be the ones to have to call to get the info from our creditors for payoffs and subordiation agreements for them to get the info. In 2017 I purchased a manufactured home using a 10/5 ARM with a 5.5% interest rate. In 2018 I retired and wanted to find a 30yr Fixed mortgage and found a limited number of lenders for manufactured homes. Nations Lending was brought to my attention and I was able to refinance with a 4.625% 30yr Fixed. My contact with NLC was John "**** ****** He was thorough and very helpful. My wife and I recently started looking into refinancing our house given current rates and we got a mailer from Nation's lending stating 2.375% with 2.5 points. I called and provided enough information to get some loan information back and was told that the flier was old and could only do 2.5% with 3 points paid. The mailer's notice date was 1/9/2021 and it was received on 1/14/2021 and we called the same day. Nations Lending Corporation DOES NOT CARE FOR THEIR CLIENTS!!! I am a veteran trying to seek assistance from a program that can help pay for one monthly mortgage payment. I reached out to Nations Lending ,since they are our loan lender, so they could fill out two forms required for the assistance. I received the W-9 (with the wrong date) and the other form (Conflict of Interest) they refused to fill out. The form only requires two boxes they need to check off as “No” and sign the form.
