We had a very pleasant and helpful experience with this company and in particular Tom *******and Page ******. Both were patient and kind when we had questions.

It was a relatively easy and quick process. I work for myself and my past experiences with other mortgage companies make me feel like I am a criminal by the amount of paperwork that they request to prove that I’m capable of a loan even though my credit rating is excellent and I’ve never defaulted on anything
This was the second time we worked with Tom. He has always been very informative and available if we had questions. He and his team made the process easy and painless.

HORRIBLE LENDING COMPANY! I had the absolute WORST experience with them. Our mortgage adviser was Olivia *****. Worst communication efforts, loan errors, and lack of professionalism. We started our refi process back in the beginning of Dec- got the breakdown of what new terms would be and submitted all documentation. Was told that everything was good and going through loan process for 30 days and would be ok to close end of December. Never heard another word, no communication for a month. Nick ***********was always very quick to answer any questions I had. He was very thorough and professional and explained in detail when it was necessary. I would go through Nations Lending again if I were to refi or get another loan.
My experience was very good with Mohammad. I was prepared with all the information and he was quick with responses, request, and always ready to answer any questions or explain any process. I had a terrible experience with another loan company prior to going to Nations, and actually pulled out of the deal. So it was refreshing to work with Nations after such a bad experience.
The entire process from start to finish was GREAT!! Kyle and team was wonderful to work with and made this a stress free transaction. I would highly recommend and will use again if I ever have to do another home loan
