They could treat people like they care instead of herding them like a cattle call. They make them wait for so many hrs.,like a county free facility, and charge enough to hire another staff of doctors. They obviously could care less, as the doctors out here no longer take medi-cal so everyone goes to emergency, with non emergency problems. This is absurd....

I have had the best hospital experience of my life here at Palmdale regional hospital. I had surgery on Monday, Nov 5, 2018. I have had wonderful nurses, Nikki, Katie, & Amy & so many more. they have been fantastic to me. I have been on the first floor in the joint & spine area. I have no complaints or issues off any kind here. the staff is absolutely amazing. they keep everything clean, always check on me to see if there is anything I need, if i hit the nurse button I'm never waiting more than 4 minutes to be seen. i was al... read more
Its a great hospital the best hospital in the AV
This is how I saw my mom today in the hospital. No one thought to call and notify me of this. Not even the doctor she forgot “because she said she has 60 plus patients”. No documentation as to what happened. I am not letting this go. Elder abuse and neglect! Tonight I was the daughter from h***. They failed to tell the wrong person. 6 hours and still waiting. Was told to come back after a 7 hour Wednesday visit, but right hand doesn't know what the left is doing! 11 hours now!
Racist staff. I once was there as a shadower at the urgent care side of the emergency room and the medical staff was racist. A man who works As an emt but had shifts at the hospital was speaking harshly of an African American patient by saying they were acting as “a typical black” (his words not mine) and when the nurses and emt met in the nutrition room, a nurse was telling stories of working in a diner when she was younger and would generalize and make remarks about black people while telling her stories.
