RecommendedReception was on their game. The preop team was very infomative. In the operating room everyone was very professional. Post op was again informative. Everyone was on top of their game, the facility was very clean.

The staff from registration up until discharge were very caring and help answer all questions to both myself and family. I was afraid and nervous,but all staff helped reassure me. The staff was awesome. I felt as they were family and treated me as such. They provided me with best quality of care. They represent healthcare with pride. I don’t know how to express how great full I am. Thank you Palmdale Regional medical center.
fast...polite...they know what they doing.
Very nice and helpful very attentive personnel.
I took my friend to the er before 5pm with an internal injury.. they took enough vitals to charge a fee.. but told us it could be 12 hours or more.. nothing they could do .. we eventually left like most of the unfortunate souls.. who can’t wait for this hospital to care.. Shame on PRH
