RecommendedClean friendly very clear on what there doing for the patient nurses are very nice answering all my question and making sure everyone understands
I read numerous bad reviews of the staff and the wait times but I was in and out in a little over an hour after a chest x-ray and a CT scan with 3 prescriptions and the staff I saw were very kind and helpful... incompetent? I think not!
I literally jus walked out this ER to go somewhere else, I been there since 10:00pm waiting, My Blood pressure is extremely High, Iron & potassium LOW, shortness of breath and all that, I tried to wait so that I won't get double billed from Insurance, But I'd rather be billed twice then die, this place is Horrible
The communication here is horrible! I was told at 10:30 pm I was getting discharged its2:50 am in the morning and they are just telling me that he’s getting a shot! I told them that I was out of milk 4 hrs ago! Now my baby is going to be crying all the way home! Good way in looking out for the patient
My father in law was brought in by ambulance at 8:29 PM it is now 2:17 am and has not been seen by a doctor or had any tests. Truly poor medical services . Karen the charge nurse was very rude and stated he will receive services once in a room... how sad is the services ...
I’ve been waiting for more than 3.30 hours, for about 2 hours nobody have been called into the Er rooms . I don’t know if they are short staff but the nurse that is in the reception area has no clue of what’s going on. This use to be an excellent hospital not anymore .
Screw Rosamond Urgent Care, I went there yesterday because my niece was sick, they took my medical card, she was seen by the doctor. I went back to get a perscripion fixed because they screwed that up, then they tell me I am going to be billed because they don't take Kern County Family. Don't go there if you have Kern Family, they will take you then bill you cash.
You just don't leave a 90 year old woman waiting for over 12 hours in a er room who is on 24-7 oxygen, and was suffering internal bleeding EVER that is absurd. And to top it off the wait was sooooooo Long, she went through 4 oxygen tanks and 4 shift changes of employees, waiting, and when she ran out of one of the tanks they brough an empty tank and installed it had I not noticed she probably would of suffocated in the lobby.
