Takes forever I’m still here waiting for a simple X-ray that was taken an hour ago.
I took my daughter there for body aches,stomach pain and nausea. We were there for hours with her sitting in a wheelchair. They finally called her to the back for a ct scan and I noticed they had a room full of empty beds. I could not understand why they had so many people sitting in the waiting room in pain, vomiting, and other issues and all those beds were empty. When this hospital first opened up I would come here for my emergency because they were good. Now they are getting just as bad as AV emergency room.
THIS PLACE IS A DUMP I WAITED 5 HOURS TO SEE A DOCTO TODAY, AND NEVER SEEN ONE. I DROVE TO VALENCIA HENRY MAYO NEWHALL MEMORIAL AMD WAS IN TO SEE A DOCTOR WITH IN 20 MINUTES. Palmdale Regional Medical Center is like the old MLK HOSPITAL THE KILLER SPOT.
Here for 8 hours with my 91 year old father. Almost everyone here appears to be sick with the flu. My dad fell and we weren’t sure if he fractured his ribs. They took exrays over 8 hours ago and still waiting to get results. There needs to be a dr here that just gives results. There are a handful of people here that have been here longer and they are also waiting for results. Next time, Henry Mayo!
I was diagnosed with pneumonia & told to come back immediately if I started spitting up blood & conditions worsened. When I returned this morning spitting up blood, I was told the wait is 15 hours to see a doctor. I have Premium Motion Picture Insurance & will not wait while coughing blood. I guess they don’t need patients who can pay their bills.
Bad service the doctors are like idiots when the people is crying because of the pain they just don’t care ..
