I was waiting in the ER for over 6 hrs. I explained I was a PD patient and needed to do an exchange every this but still they couldn't accomadate me. I had to leave to do an exchange and come back.
Some of the ER staff can use some customer service training. We spent 7hrs waiting for something as simple as a lab result, all because some of the staff only gives lip service. If you're going to tell a patient or his/her loved one that you will alert the "nurse manager" then, you REALLY should do that. Many of the staff have an "I don't give a damn attitude" which is so unprofessional. I came in for an asthma attack they keep on saying chest pain i got there at about 8:00 by amblance (after the the amblance got hit) and was discharged at 4am they let me lay in the bed for hours before they gave me the breathing treatment. They did lots of test and blood work right away but the main thing not being able to breathe u think besides giving me oxygen the first thing they would have done is the breathing treatment NOPE.
