Wait times a bit long. One RN was way rude. Doctor was not very informative. Never even showed me the X-ray. There is a motivational picture on the wall in the admitting area, saying they care for their patients. Nothing even comes close to that being here..
Everone that worked there was over the top nice, I felt so safe, and Triage was so fast.
I'm an employee and a patient. And I'd recomend this facility to everyone.
I was at the emergency room for 15 hours and I was never see. Asked people how long was the wait the 2 of them have been waiting for 22 hours. It's been the worse experience a had in a hospital.

12 hour wait, mom came by ambulance, they would not let me in to be with her for 6 hours, she sat in a hallway with no assistance until I came up with a sneaky plan to get back there. Once in there I told the charge nurse she hadn't eaten all day and was diabetic, she was shaking uncontrollably, and then the nurse had the nerve to ask me what was she here for... they didn't even know what her complaints were... horrible service.
An excelent experience. The entire nursing staff are friendly and excelent personel.
They are wonderful there and very accommodating, considering the circumstances.
