My wife sat in the ER waiting room for couple of hours while she had a knife wound on her hand.. the knife went thru her hand! I ask an RN why is it taking to long for her to be seen? Her response was "there's a lot of people ahead". I told her you guys don't even care.
Urgent care referred us. Website said 4 minute wait. What a joke. 4 minutes to see rn but then 8 hrs before treatment! An this is with referral from.ugent care. Unless u are at deaths door dont go here!!
Yes, I've had to wait for a very long time in the waiting room. But once I was admitted to the hospital, I had excellent care, not only from the doctors, but a nursing staff that was so considerate and very caring. I recommend if you should need a hospital. PALMDALE REGIONAL is where you want to go!
If I could give it a 0 or less I would. Horribly organized. I got here at 9am and it is currently 3;23 I am pregnant close to fainting and they still claim to not have a room available. Yet i just saw a family talk to a head nurse or whatever she was and she got the father who was not making a big deal like his family was a room and seen ASAP. Not very sanitary either.
I had my thyroid out yesterday 6th of April at Palmdale Regional Medical Center and from the time I checked in at 5:45 am until my discharge this afternoon at 1:00 the 7th of April I was treated by the greatest staff! First in pre op and to surgery to recovery to room in G17! I can't say enough about the commitment of every staff member I came in contact with all along the way! Thank you everyone for the great care you gave to me and my family! Great experience over all even though it wasn't a fun surgery!
